  • Wonderful house, setting and access to trails!

"House is wonderfully comfortable, perfect for two couples or a family and dog friendly. Sunset views from living room and sunrise from the kitchen sink for early risers. Stunning setting with access to trails from the property."

  • Large, comfortable home

"We had a great time we had staying at this house in the off-season. What a great place! After driving up Friday night, we had a nice breakfast Saturday morning at Dots in Wilmington. We then went and hiked the crosstown trail, followed by a swim / hot tub at the Grand Summit lodge at Mt Snow. On Sunday we grabbed bagels and lattes at the coffee barn and then went to Adams Farm and saw lots of animals. Overall a great time and the house was awesome, large, clean and comfortable."

  • Great house in a great location!

"My friends and I are all 30 and plan a ski trip to a different mountain every year. This year Jay Peak was a great choice and this is a great house to stay at in the area. Michael was so easy to work with when making the reservation and with all questions we had while at the house. We were missing a few items such as garbage bags etc but I texted Mike (on the house wifi) and he had the new cleaning lady bring it right over. On the last day there was a big snow storm and I texted Mike that we couldn't leave without the driveway being plowed and the plow guy showed up in 10 minutes. My friends and I utilized the large hot tub which was great! We also played games in the basement, played pool, and utilized the gas fireplace. The house is super cozy and the views are spectacular. Totally recommend this house!"

  • One of the best vacations we've ever had!

"This rental is right on Lake Champlain and the view is one of the best views you will ever see in your life - gorgeous sunsets every night! My camera was over-used! After many days of sightseeing, we chose to have dinners at the house because you couldn't find better atmosphere anywhere, even though there were a variety of places to eat nearby! The kitchen was quite large and well stocked with all necessary supplies to cook a variety of dinners - we kept it simple. We fished one day on a chartered small fishing boat and we have never caught so many fish in our lives - VERY LARGE! We caught 40 lbs. of fish! We went into Montreal, saw a cheese factory, Ben & Jerry's, chocolate factory, Sherborne Museum and hit the Fall foliage at its peak! Between the beautiful farms, fields, lakes and mountains, that area is really an escape from any "big city". The house was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all - who wants to stay in a hotel when you can enjoy the beauty and freedom of a home! I highly recommend it for a great location to see what Vermont has to offer which is a lot! We can't wait to go back next year! (The owner was extremely helpful and available for any questions/problems you might have which is a BIG PLUS - thank you so much!)"
