"We really enjoyed our stay at the guest house. Jennifer and Gregg have thought of everything and the little extras like blueberries, granola, and great local coffee were very much appreciated. The guest house is very comfortable. We had great meals across the river in Winooski (Sneakers and Mule Bar), enjoyed all that downtown Burlington offers (bike trail, boat ride and church street) and just relaxed. We hope to visit again!"

"This was a great base location to explore part of Vermont. If you have a bike you wouldn't need a car to get around the city. The apartment is a good size for 2 people. It is easy to make your own food in, although I wouldn't want to miss out on the fantastic restaurants! The owners are very nice and the dog is adorable."

"This house was everything we hoped it would be. On its own (beautifully landscaped) lot with plenty of privacy, the house is quietly tucked away amidst endless farms and rolling fields, with mountain views in the distance. The house itself is comfortable, clean, and remarkably well stocked- we cooked all weekend and had everything we needed waiting for us. The owner was beyond accommodating- she really worked to make the whole process easy and seamless. We had a great time exploring Waitsfield, and made several trips to Burlington and to Camel's Hump for hiking. If you're looking for a nice place to unplug, look no further."

"Relax and explore were the key words for our girls' weekend! We wanted to explore Southern Vermont, shop, dine and sightsee. Richard's place gave us a great hub to depart from daily. It is very comfortable and clean. The complex staff is nice and are always available to help. Having a well stocked kitchen meant we had the option of cooking a meal or warming up leftovers (which was very convenient when you dont reallywant to spend too much time on a meal.).
We were visiting off season (summer) which gave us a chance to enjoy the bounty of local farmers markets with fresh fruit and flowers. We also enjoyed visiting a historic gem, Wilson Castle, in nearby Proctor, VT. Richard is straightforward - he is very accessable and the price quoted is the price you pay which we really appreciated. Transactions were quick and easy.
A great place that we will definitely come back to next time we are in Vermont."
