"This nineteenth century farmhouse sits on a very large and beautiful property. We had a fantastic week with our family of four. Our children loved running around the grounds and sitting in the hammock. We ate meals in the beautiful dining room or the lovely screened in porch. The family room has great games, a large TV and a foos ball table that kept us entertained on rainy days. We drove to the Londonderry farmer's market and a wonderful restaurant called SoLo Farm and Table, both of which are very close by. We've been vacationing in Vermont for 10 years and this is by far the nicest place we have stayed in. We highly recommend it!"

"This property is truly amazing. The views are incredible. The amazing rock formation/ledge behind the house is so unique and provides the most wonderful place to enjoy the serenity of the Lake Champlain. The view of the Palisades is also just to the right and was an unexpected and delightful surprise. You can even make out the waterfalls! The house itself is of course, very old, and with that comes some of what you'd expect in a more mature dwelling. Don't expect typical modern conveniences (like lots of outlets or a totally bug free place--you're on the water after all at a lake house!) The bathrooms are pretty dated too. Overall, the home was quaint and nice-- although, it's second place compared to the 1st place views offered here. You should note that at the time of this writing, the guest cottage uses lake water (unlike the main house) so our family who stayed there bought bottled water to drink. Overall, a great trip! The views will remain in my memory forever!"

"This is our 2nd year back @ the house & the 9th yr of our group ski trip. This is the best house we have ever stayed @. Nick is the best owner to ever deal with. I highly recommend this house. This house is beautiful. There is so much to do after a day of skiing, and is located to go to a few different ski resorts. U will not b disappointed with this house or owner."

"Two couples met for a week's summer vacation in Vermont, using the Killington Ski House as our base. We did day trips each day, cooked meals, used the gas grill several times and just relaxed and enjoyed some much needed down time together. The living room was perfect for us as there are 3 comfy couches. The beds were nice, too. We enjoyed the local market and Picarello's Pizza in Pittsfield, the World's Best Breakfast at the Swiss Farm Inn and Tozier's restaurant in Bethal. All are musts if you're staying at the ski house. Thanks for a fun vacation spot, Lori."
