"This place is perfect. This was our second time visiting in three years. The house has plenty of space and you absolutely can't beat the privacy of the home. The yard is perfect for kids and there is access to a community beach and clubhouse. The fishing is great in the area as well.
All in all a spectacular place for vacation that is reasonably priced and Liz is fantastic to work with!"

"Two primary conditions in looking for a vacation home in Vermont in the fall were country charm with modern amenities, and open space for dogs to run around. This home greatly exceeded our expectations.
The views from the home brought us peace and tranquility looking out onto the woods, the field, or the pond. The Jenn-Air gas range was a treat to use, and the kitchen was well stocked with basic necessities. The house was cozy and comfortable and wonderfully quiet.
We enjoyed walking out the front door down to the road that followed the river and continuing on that (dead end) road to a park. We discovered the trail in the park connected to other trails and a park that follow the river for many more miles. Most times on these trails we had the place to ourselves.
As much as the house is nicely located off the beaten path, it is situated not far by car to restaurants, quaint villages, and many more beautiful hiking trails (from flatlander to highlander). It was amazing to visit the Orvis flagship store in the nearby town of Manchester. The two Vermont Country Stores were not too far away.
We'll be sure to bring our bicycles the next time so we can cover more ground. The dogs (and us) can't wait to return."

"The apartment was very clean. The air conditioner worked well. The bedroom comfortably slept two, and the fold-out futon couch was comfortable for two smallish people. Rebecca was very friendly and offered use of the pool, hot tub and trampoline. We stayed with our 14lb chihuahua mix and he was happy too. The location was very convenient for driving to Burlington and Shelburne (about 20-30 min). The shower worked well & there was plenty of hot water. The dining area was pretty and very functional. The microwave and refrigerator worked well, and there were plenty of condiments. We used the tv and wifi during some rainy weather and both worked great. Sheets, towels, extra pillows and blankets were provided & were in good condition and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay."

"This home was perfect for our two families with 4 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 7 to 20 yrs old. The house is very clean and well appointed and the Stowe Mtn Resort is an easy 10-15 minute drive away. There are lots of nearby restaurants if you want a night out, but we generally selected to tuck in after a long day of skiing and cook for ourselves. We found time for ice-skating and sledding in Stowe Village, and did make one trip to Piecasso for pizza and drinks, which was very enjoyable. (The sledding hill is behind the elementary school and it's a fun run, but for kids I suggest wearing ski helmets for this hill). There wasn't enough snow on the ground to do an cross-country skiing this trip but looking forward to it next time. Our hosts Janice and Lee were prompt and attentive to all our questions and concerns. We would definitely stay with them again."
