"My group and I really enjoyed the house, the near by town, and the mountain. After a day of skiing, the house offered our whole group plenty of room to hang out, eat dinner, play games even sing some karaoke! Bedrooms were very comfortable and the 5 bathrooms were a great feature. All in all exactly what we were looking for in a rental to get away from the city and embrace what Vermont has to offer."

"Our two bridal parties AND their significant others (20 total) stayed here for our wedding weekend and could not have asked for a better set up! The house has one master suite (bedroom and full bathroom), which was perfect for my husband and me, and tons of sleeping space for a whole house full of adults! Having three FULL bathrooms was key. The fire pit and hot tub were such a great spot to hang out at night in addition to the good sized living room/dining room area.
The people living in the apartment above the garage were there on and off over the weekend, though we never saw them, just their car! This is the one thing I was a little worried about, but turned out to be a non-issue.
The owner was very responsive via email throughout the booking process, leading up to the event, and even afterward...when friends forgot some items in the house!
We highly recommend this property!"

"Four of us from the Midwest spent a week in this charming lakeside camp during peak foliage color. The camp itself is very clean and super comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed just hanging out on the dock, the deck, or enjoying the view from inside. We really had a good time taking in the fall foliage festivals in the surrounding small towns. Groton State Forest is very close and offers a variety of interesting hiking options and amazing scenic views. Farther away attractions we took in were the Shelburne Museum and Mt. Washington. We never ran out of things to do, but, if we did there was a lot of information about nearby activities and attractions in books and folders at the camp. The owner was very helpful in answering questions about the best time to visit, how to get to the camp, and in making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and relatives - in fact, we already have! This is a beautiful part of the state, and a perfect place to stay to enjoy it."

"we where 5 adults and 4 kids. 2,4, 8 and 12 yr old. Owner was awesome and communicated excellently. Very slight hiccup in the beginning but John was all over it. Thanks John
yes it can be tricky to find especially when we arrived. It was getting dark out and Snow was so high. Get there while you still have day light or have a updated gps. We used our phone and it lead us right to the door. Highly recommend you travel with vehicle that have proper tires. It snowed everyday when we where there. 5-10 mins away from mount snow. It's close to the bus route that goes around town. Close to shops and town market. kitchen was sufficient 2 and a half bath awesome.
one night it was -40° but we where all very cozy. Hot tub felt great at the end of the day. A little small but we all didn't jump in at the same time.
Looking forward to renting again next season."
