  • Great home, tons of amenities

"Pros: - Proximity to Sugarbush is great - Pool table is very nice and well kept - Hot Tub is great, right off the master suite so easily accessible - Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy yourself in common areas - Large backyard and land behind the house for outdoor activities and exploring Cons: - Smallish kitchen made it somewhat difficult for food prep. - Road to get to house is difficult to navigate in the dark and after inclement weather since it's narrow and on an incline. Be prepared for slick conditions when driving up to the house. Great overall experience, neighbors were helpful with inclement road conditions. House is beautiful, highly recommend having your group stay there for your next Sugarbush trip."

  • Fantastic summer vacation!

"This house exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed a wonderful summer family vacation in August. The kitchen is newly renovated and very inviting. The great room fit 3 families comfortably and allowed for tons of family fun together. The ping pong room was a huge hit with the kids. All of the bedrooms and baths were clean, neat and nicely decorated. The outdoor space provided entertainment for all, as the kids were free to run around the huge yard and the adults enjoyed sitting around the fire pit. Two large picnic tables made family dinner outside comfortable for all. The house is about a 10 minute drive to nearby Harriman Reservoir, a beautiful and huge lake where we swam and lounged on the beach. We drove to the outlets in Manchester, went to the Bromley Action Park, and found some treasures at Wilmington's weekend flea market. If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in the summer in Vermont, don't hesitate to rent this house. The owner is easy to work with and responds to questions and/or concerns quickly."

  • Fun Family Vacation

"We had a wonderful first time visit to Stowe with our family. The condo was comfortable and clean, and conveniently located. We brought bikes and ended up biking everywhere, to the river, to restaurants. Very bike friendly town and excellent food! Night time riding with headlamps was a hoot. Love all the bridges! We hiked Mt. Mansfield, went to 2 water parks, and did the spooky guided lantern tour. Lots of fun!"

  • A Perfect Spot

"This indeed is "a cozy Vermont mountain cottage" and a perfect place for fall foliage viewing, a romantic getaway or simply time with family in Vermont! A friend and I arranged to use Ron and Dotty's cottage early in the summer of 2014 and we liked it so much we returned two more times in the later part of the summer. The house is clean without being chemically sanitized and Ron displays an appropriate level of attentiveness without being overwhelming. The cottage is situated in such a way that the views from the porch are truly stunning. With Okemo Ski Resort and the town of Ludlow down the road, there is plenty to see and do. Kevin, who owns the Belmont Country Store down the hill, couldn't be any more helpful with groceries and other odds and ends. I recommend stopping in there too! Do yourself a favor and book a vacation at this special spot in Vermont! I highly recommend this cottage!"
