  • A classy home with a beautiful view!

"A beautiful well taken care of home with the most amazing views on Lake Champlain. Lots of space in this home! We had plenty of space for 18 people. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then this is the place!"

  • Presidents Day Weekend

"I stayed at this farmhouse for 3 nights with 12 friends (all of us in our early 20s). We decided it would be fun to spend the long weekend in Vermont where we could ski, drink, and relax. Upon arriving at the house we were excited with how secluded it was, and how much snow had fallen! The house is off a main road, all the way at the end of a cul-de-sac. The decor in the house was a bit interesting (it had a very old/antique barn feel to it, but with a lot of crazy wall paper), and we loved it! The farmhouse was easily able to accommodate all 13 of us... and we could even all eat dinner together or play card games around the big dining room table. The house was an easy 10-15 minute drive to Mt. Snow. While some friends went skiing, the other members of our group either went tubing, snow shoeing, or lounged around the fire in the house. There's a convenient market about a 5 minute drive away where we stocked up on groceries. The market also had really great quality prepared foods. Meredith, the owner was VERY accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Overall, it was such a nice getaway from New York City, and we would definitely stay here again."

  • Great snowy weekend!

"We were there for a very, very cold snowy Presidents weekend and had a wonderful time. House is clean, cozy and warm. Very homey. When not skiing at Killington (an easy 45 minute drive), we enjoyed the board games and playing in the snow. My husband made a lovely fire in the fireplace. The satellite TV was nice so that we could watch the Olympics and the Wi-Fi was very handy since there is no Cell service in Middletown Springs. We've been home for two days and my husband is trying to figure out how we can get back there again before the end of ski season and the kids are talking about "when" we stay there next year!"

  • Great home! Better than most in my experience.

"My family and I spent Christmas week here. The home is convenient to everything Manchester has to offer. The home is well equipped and the refrigerator is well stocked with the condiments you always wish are there when you arrive. It boggles the mind when owners of rentals clean this out. These owners are thoughtful. There was plenty of firewood and starter wood. The kitchen, while not the most recent, certainly has everything you need. The kitchen counter and dining table provide adequate seating. The open floor plan with sliders to the deck gives it a comfortable and spacious feel. The local skiing, dining and shopping is better than expected. I hope to go back to do some fly fishing. Thanks, you keep a great home."
