"This was the second time I rented this condo during the summer. I rented it for 3 weeks in July of 2012, and again for 3 weeks this July 2014. The condo is exactly as advertised, and I would recommend it to anyone considering a nice place to stay in the summer! It is comfortable, clean, and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with, and as helpful as possible. Plenty of fresh air, as the condo is right on Bromley Mountain. At night, after a long day out, I would sit in the comfy reclining chair and watch a DVD or a TV show on the huge flatscreen TV. The clubhouse has Wifi, air conditioning, a large screen TV, a gym upstairs, a ping pong table, and bathrooms. It's located by the pool and tennis courts and is just a 3 minute walk from the condo. The outdoor pool is heated and NOT overly chlorinated. SOOOO RELAXING! The condo is in a great location to visit all the places that Southern Vermont has offer, as well as Northwestern Massachusetts. Manchester Center is just down the mountain, 6 miles away, and has: a large assortment of stores, designer stores, restaurants, a movie theater, 2 supermarkets, a great bookstore with cafe, several gas stations and much, much more. There are two equity theaters in the area as well. The Weston Playhouse and the Dorset Playhouse. Very convenient! The Bennington Monument is about thirty miles away. The Sterling and Francine Clark Institute, (one of the world's great museums), is about 14 miles south of Bennington in Williamstown, MA. There is a parking lot for the Long Trail, (Appalachian Trail), about a mile away from the condos. The trail goes up the mountain to the top of Bromley, about 2.5 miles, and is really beautiful. The view from the top of Bromley is breathtaking. I know many people go to Bromley to Ski, but it's just as great in the summer. There's an amusement park for kids at the base of Bromley. There you'll find miniature golf, a water slide, the alpine slide (good for adults too), lots of rides for kids, fast food, and the occasional live musicians playing on the huge outdoor deck. All-in-all, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS CONDO!"

  • Wonderful Get-Away

"This is a lovely house in a beautiful setting. The pictures of the home are accurate and you will find everything that you need to make your vacation comfortable. Love that you are able to bring your pet - our dog loved running the grounds and hiking through the woods! We had a truck, so no problem getting up the very steep hill! Would definitely come again for another get-away!"

  • Great Stay with 3 Families

"We had three families with small children for a weekend of skiing. House was just what we wanted. Nice common area for everyone to hang out. Game room for the older kids. Easy access to the mountain. Big hot tub. Owners were wonderfully responsive and helpful. A great time."

  • Best rental ever!

"I've rented places in Vermont before, but none compare to this house. It's very clean and uncluttered, but still is fully equipped with everything you'd need. Our favorites being the grill, fire pit, comfy couches. Oh and the back deck is the spot for sunsets. Lots of stars at night and deer in the morning. The house is on a large open lot that feels private without being too secluded. The town of Chester is close by with lots of fun places to eat like, Smokin Bowls and Stone Pizza. We also found the Springfield Coop to be very affordable. Dan couldn't have been nicer to deal with. I felt more like I was visiting a friend's house, than at a rental. Only problem is one week there wasn't nearly long enough. Can't wait to go back!"
