  • Gorgeous Slopeside Condo!

"Just wanted to share how much we enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. The owner was quite pleasant, responsive and quick to help us organize the rental. This property is the premier place to stay in Stowe, the resort has all the amenities one would wish for including staff that remembers your name, a ski valet that prepares and puts out your skis/boots each morning and a gorgeous heated pool and hot tub making relaxing after a long day on the hills a real pleasure! The condo while on the first floor is quiet, private and has a beautiful view of the pool and a partial view of the mountain behind it. It contains everything one would want, a king bed, fold out sofa, gas fireplace, luxury full bath, kitchenette with dishwasher, refrigerator, a one-burner stovetop and all the necessary supplies. Excellent mini-vacation!"

  • Pristine Rustic Excellence

"If you are looking for a true and traditional 'camp' experience on the lake with your family and friends, do not miss out on this rare experience at Barney Point. The location could not be better......it sits on a point with sweeping views of Lake Champlain. The house is large, cozy and just pretty amazing. You will find everything you need to prepare meals in the open kitchen and enjoy them out on an enormous dining table on the big screened porch overlooking the lake and property. Lazy cool mornings in the great room with a fire going....the best! This is a place that has been lovingly maintained with an effort to keep its original charm in tact. It feels like 'home' right away. My family was there for a week and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure!"

  • St Patrick's Day PICO weekend

"This house was perfect !!! Everything we needed on site. Had a ball with the all adult crew , it's our 1 weekend a year without children. Hot tub was great clean and fun . With the recent accumulation of snow 2 days prior (almost 24inches) skiing was fantastic. I recommend for large groups of adults or families with kids."

  • WOW! LOOK AT THAT VIEW!

"So secluded yet so close to everything. The views from the front porch are a 100 times better than the pictures shown, absolutely stunning. If you can break away from looking at the view from the porch there is biking, hiking, swimming, boating and even a drive in movie theatre close by. The cabin is cozy and rustic, very relaxing. You even have hummingbirds that come to the feeders. Cell reception is 5 bars but once you come here, you don't really want to use it. We had 6 people and 4 dogs, plenty of room to spread out. We did fireworks one night(store 5 min away) and a campfire the other night so make sure to bring marshmellows. One day we rented a pontoon boat and enjoyed 6 hrs on the ct river, I would highly recommend doing this. The Marina is only 5 min away. Mike, the cabin owner is great and extremely helpful with any questions you make have about the area. He even offers kayaks for you to use. Next time I will bring a bike so I can pedal the 5 miles around the lake area and then visit the ice cream stand as a reward. I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Definitely 5 stars!"
