  • Perfect Winter Retreat

"everything was exactly as promised, communication with owner was flawless and made arrival and departure simple. Okemo/Jackson Gore was very enjoyable for the whole family - friendly staff, not getting gouged on prices, courtesy on the mountain. Definitely would use the house again - note it a 10-15 min trip to the ski resort but this was not a issue, the house felt very private. I would recommend this place to a family or a couple looking for a quiet retreat. The resort down the road also had a good pool/sauna which we enjoyed (need a car to access)"

  • Peaceful and Comfortable Retreat

"I stayed here for 2 months in the winter and found it to be everything that was advertised. It was well equipped, clean, comfortable - even elegant, light and cozy. There was more than enough room to spread out. Views were amazing, walks went on forever and Lake Champlain and Burlington were very close. I found myself thinking summer would be just as wonderful! There was always something to do. Owners were nearby, willing and able to help in any way. Truly serene and peaceful!"

  • Fantastic family vacation

"Our family of three (with 8yr old girl) had an amazing family vacation. So much to do for each of us. A great blend of family and adult time. The children's camp was excellent, we played lots of tennis, hiked and swam. Thank you to Susan who was very friendly and helpful. Loved the location of the condo as it was very central to everything we wanted to do. We will definately be returning to Smuggs next year."
