"We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Overlook Cabin. The view is at least as good as the Parkway overlooks but it's all yours (for a little while). The cabin is beautiful, and everything you could possibly need was there. The patio and outdoor fireplace are perfect for a relaxing evening. Next time we'll bring food for the weekend and not even leave the serenity and beauty. Ever since we got home I've gone on and on and shown everyone pictures of this stunning place. Thank-you for sharing it was amazing!"

"My husband and I spent three wonderful nights at the Park Street Guest House with another couple. We had never been to Abingdon before, and the location could not have been better - within walking distance of the Barter Theater and fabulous restaurants and shopping. Having two bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a living area, kitchen and dining rooms, and porches make it a real bargain over two hotel rooms!!!!! Try it - you'll love it!"

"My wife and I spent a weekend at this beautiful property to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We visited nearby Mt. Airy and Galax (Creek Bottom Brews soft pretzel sticks and pizza were great!! Good beer too!!) We hiked at Mt. Stone and Pilot Knob, both within an hour drive and both having incredible scenery. After both days of hiking the hot tub was a perfect way to spend some time. The addition of the Wifi was very much appreciated as it allowed us to plan out what we wanted to do while at the house. Overall it was a very relaxing weekend at a beautiful location with everything we needed."

"What started as a place to visit while attending the Hillsville Antique Festival, has become the more important of the two. Just as the name implies, this cozy cottage is the perfect place to unwind, enjoy friends and catch up with the friends we've made in Fires. Each year, as we round the bend and see Nana's, each of us has the feeling of coming home."
