"My wife and I have been coming to this cabin for a number of years now. Incredible million dollar view! Pet friendly. Very close to many activities. Just a 20 minute ride to Mt. Airy with everything that area has to offer. It's just like being at home. This area of Virginia is probably one of the most undiscovered areas in the country for many tourists. Robin who owns the property is the best and does all she can to make sure you have a great experience. Located right off the Blue Ridge Parkway you can't do better. You can have a whole house to yourself at the price of an upscale hotel room! Great yard to lounge in and has a fire pit. As you can see I can't say enough about the great fit this cabin was for us. You can stay here with confidence that your stay will be memorable and relaxing. Enjoy!"

"We recently spent spring break in Abingdon. This property was AMAZING and perfect in every way! Fabulous location for bike rentals, the trail and restaurants! We spent two days biking the trail and my kids loved running around the yard in the afternoon while the adults sipped wine on the screened in porch. We walked next door for bike rentals and walked to dinner at wonderful restaurants each night! The house is spacious, clean, new and super comfortable. The owner could not be more accommodating and gracious! She was extremely helpful with maps, restaurant recommendations and other questions we had. We will definitely be back to Abingdon and will DEFINITELY be staying here!"

"A great place to unwind and relax. It was very cozy and perfect. I was impressed with a temperature of 3 degrees and the wind blowing up to 40 MPH that we did not feel a single draft in this well maintained cabin. An excellent place to stay with an excellent hostess."

"This was my 2nd visit to Cabin in the Blue Ridge, and I don't think it will be the last. This time around, myself and 9 family members traveled by motorcycle from northern KY and southeast IN and used the cabin as our base for the outstanding motorcycle roads the area has to offer. The cabin is just fantastic. It's more than large enough to easily accommodate us all. Never once did we feel cramped. Large kitchen, plenty of seating, ample bathrooms, a couple of washers and dryers...what more could a person need. We especially enjoyed our evening after long days of adventurous riding. It's hard to describe how nice it was to sit out on the porch and listen to NOTHING except the birds and the breezes. If you're looking for a place near a lot of tourist activities, this may not be the place for you. But if you want a beautiful, idyllic setting, and a fantastic cabin, treat yourself to a stay here."
