"Our family LOVED our week at this location. It is a nice quite cove with a great dock for the children to play and jump in the water or do some fishing.
The house has very comfortable beds and nice size living area, kitchen was very nice and equipped with most any thing you need to cook or grill out!
Loved having the boat house for the bass boat and Dukes Creek Marina was just a few minutes away."

"Just a quick review. This is the second stay at Tips Inn for my group of about 7 family and extended family. We love the water. The warm side of Lake Anna in May is perfect. Water temps already in the 70's and 80's. The house is always clean. My only need to contact the rental coordinator was to inquire about an extended stay. She responded in minutes, not hours. I have nothing even remotely negative to say. Spacious house. Superb location. Strongly consider this property. You will not regret it."

"We just spent five wonderful family days here and loved everything about the house. Large comfortable great room, clean soft beds, well stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans etc. Plenty of parking, close to the slopes. Owners were quick to answer all questions. Highly recommend this house for your next family vacation."

"We were looking for a property close to Shenandoah NP, specifically near Old Rag Mountain (our favorite hike in the NP). Tucker'd Out is minutes from the trailhead and you'd be pressed to find a more complete, tastefully designed and provisioned accommodation anywhere. Surrounded by working farms and wineries, the Blue Ridge Mountains form a backdrop of stunning views. The small country market in the hamlet of Sperryville (gateway to the NP) a few miles north (on Rt. 522, enroute coming from DC) provides well-selected food and beverage essentials. I seriously can't imagine better; wonderful of the Carter's to share this property.
I hate writing these kinds of reviews, however deserved, since I'm simultaneously making it difficult to book in the future."
