"This was our first vacation to Lake Anna and we had an incredible time. The house was perfect and the backyard kept us busy the whole time. The kids loved fishing off the dock the best. We made full use of the amenities including the basketball/tennis court, volleyball court, and playground. Kids literally played for over 8 hours each day we were there. We even took the paddle boats out and with the water so calm, my small kids were able to take their first boat ride. We can't wait to come back and hopefully make use of the football field. The house overall was in excellent condition. There were some renovations going on on the deck area but it didn't affect our experience at all. We'll be here again next year"

"What a great vacation home with incredible views of the lake. Our family visited for a few days to escape the horrendous winter in western NY. The house had everything we could need and Kathy and Spike were the most hospitable hosts I have ever met. Our children and dog loved the lake and the spaciousness of the house and property. Thank you for a great mini-vacation and we definitely look forward to returning sometime soon. Unfortunately, we did not have a chance to take a fishing trip, but that will hopefully be in the plan next time. Once again, many thanks and take care until next time."

"Met Marcus upon arrival. He was very helpful. My family and I were in the area to attend a wedding. The house is situated perfectly from wintergreen condos and the base of mountain by Devils Backbone. There is a gas station on the mountain and a deli / market for small items so you don't have to go all the way into town. I sat on the back deck with my dog and coffee and a young buck walked through the yard and crossed over the street. Truly beautiful. Marcus had been wonderful to work with."

"This condo was huge. We had a large balcony, dining room, and a very big living room. Sleeps 7 comfortably when pullout bed is used. Well-stocked kitchen and gas grills on each side of the property allowed us to save money by grilling at night and eating in. The positive to this side of the lake is peace and quiet. The only negative is it's not close to anything if you need something. The closest convenience store is about 12 -15 minutes. It closes at 9 pm on the weekends, but has gas and live bait. If the condo had wifi, my teenage kids would've rated it perfect. I was fine with no Internet for a week, but I would recommend taking a printout of all marina, restaurants, rental places, etc with you. Understand that 90% of these places are on the other side of the lake (30 min drive minimum). The shape of the lake makes road and especially water navigation very challenging. Have a lake map with reference numbers and a good GPS app on your phone. The dock at this property where we fished, ate, swam, and just hung out was awesome, too.
We will definitely return to this location."
