"We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay on our first trip to Chincoteague. The Spinnaker Waterfront Vacation Home is nicely situated right on a small waterway that opens into the larger Assateague Canal with a beautiful Eastern view of the water. The house is absolutely beautiful and extremely comfortable. With a screened porch that lets you enjoy the outdoors without the bugs to a nice sunroom, you can enjoy your coffee in the mornings with lots of light and sense of openess. The really nice finishing touch to the place was the welcome gifts of wine, local gourmet candy, and a gift card to the Island Creamery. All you need to add is the main course! We highly recommend the Spinnaker!"

"We had a lovely stay at this house and highly recommend it. It is a great layout for families and it was nice having a first floor bedroom/bathroom so my in-laws had their own space. My husband and I were upstairs in the master bedroom, and our two children were also upstairs and had their own bathroom too. Plenty of space for everyone and every bedroom has it's own balcony/deck! We used the upstairs loft area as a play area for the kids, so they had a place for their books, toys and activities. Great views- especially if you enjoy sunsets and birdwatching! It was great to eat on the screen-in porch, but having indoor option that sat 6 people was important since the mornings were still chilly. This house isn't walk distance to town, but you could bike in- we just drove. The peaceful/secluded setting was worth the trade-off. Owners were very responsive and helpful. No complaints and would definitely stay their again!"

"But there were a few maintenance items that needed to be addressed. The size of the rooms were great, deck was spectacular and kitchen and granite countertops were really nice. However, there were a few items that needed to be fixed, the deck could have used a table and it would have been nice if we would have been told to bring dish soap or paper towels ahead of time. Otherwise, it was convenient to be within walking distance of town, pool was in good working order and we had no problems with parking in the lot.
We unfortunately couldn't get into the room until after check-in time which was pretty inconvenient since we had a toddler with us and had driven for so long, and check-out was 10 AM, which is pretty early."

"We stayed in this charming condo in Bay Creek. It was very roomy and clean. A perfect location to explore the eastern shore. Cape Charles is charming. This house is perfectly equipped with all you need to have a great vacation. Thanks so much!"
