  • Tri-state Always As Sisters

"Our weeklong Virginia Beach house vacation reservation was met with a warm and genuine welcome team of one - a spunky and lovely woman - Mitzi. Mitzi ushered us into the house with individual hugs and showed us around. The home was as beautiful as depicted on-line. As grown and sexy women (40+) from the tri-state area (NY, NJ and CT), we required the best and we weren’t disappointed. We felt really good about our choice the minute we drove up to the gated driveway to the beautiful garden – what a safe haven she has created! Clearly the best house on the block, we were just three short blocks from a very good section of the beach, and we walked to the beach often. As mentioned online, the house is equipped with everything you can imagine with few exceptions, but please note – there’s plenty of spices. The backyard and deck was wonderful and has plenty of seating. There’s a lot to do in Virginia Beach and Mitzi will recommend all types of restaurants, so don’ t be shy – ask. The two restaurants she recommended to us – Lynnhaven Fish House and Icehouse - were excellent choices! Aside from the cosmetically appealing beauty of the home, one of the best features was Mitzi herself. Lovely hostess with a North Carolina twang that will have you tuned in. Mitzi’s impressive before and after pictures, her lively personality and the “birth of the beach house” was enlightening and fun. The fact that she spent a few minutes with us as we departed and wanted to know a little something about each of us (there were 7 of us) was hospitality at its best. It was a great ending to a special girl’s week. Thanks Mitzi for sharing your home with us!"

  • Perfectly Delightful Time

"In August my family (9) rented Sea-Esta for two glorious weeks. The house is marvelous, well equipped and in great condition. The living/great room allowed for our musicians to practice with our 13 year old enjoying drum lessons( on quiet pads) from his aunt and uncle. Three daughters in law cooked and created tasty meals while the badminton “court” allowed for family competition. The beach was heavenly with many critter hunts by our 6 year old as well as wave jumping with her dad and mom. As a former owner of a beach property on the Delaware Bay fond memories kept flowing . My younger set appreciated the wi-fi availability. We all loved having waffles and visiting the store for urgent supplies. I am also happy to have chosen a house without a pool: it encouraged hours on the beach. I would recommend this lovely house to any family who would honor the rules on respect someone else’s investment!"

  • Great family vacation spot

"This house had it all...fully equipped, plenty of space, close to beach, close to boardwalk and with the most beautiful deck. We spent a lot of time and ate our meals outside. Owners were great to work with and made the process easy. Would highly recommend it."
