  • Wonderful Spot for vacation

"We had a great 3 days staying on the left side of the duplex. Very spacious for our family of 8. The little kids & our dog loved the yard. Very easy to get to the beach, no busy streets to cross. Great area without all the crowds. The pictures online do not do the place justice. Everything is well maintained & clean. We will definetely be back next year!"

  • Great get away

"We have never stayed this far south of Virginia beach before but would highly recommend this location. The condo was beautiful and fully stocked with appliances ready to cook. Comfortable beds and quiet in the evening. We were also able to bicycle around and at False Cape park. Look forward to renting again!"

  • Second time renting from Bill

"This was our second time renting from Bill. The last time was 2011. The rental process was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Staying in a condo is so much better than a hotel--the kids can go to bed and we don't need to sit around in the dark or in the hallway. The kids loved the indoor pool. We loved being able to make our own breakfasts, pack our own lunches, and cook dinner at the condo. Doing that definitely saves money. We visited in February, which is a down-time for both the resort and Colonial Williamsburg, but visiting at a limited time also results in lower rates and less crowds. Enjoyed time at Historic Jamestowne and Yorktown Battlefield. Target, Grocery, and Liquor store just minutes away. Definitely check out Duck Donuts. We also loved Mooyah Burgers across from the William and Mary Campus. Williamsburg is one of our favorite destinations, and we will definitely rent from Bill again the next time we come down!"
