  • Loved it!

"Our family of 5, including kids ages 15, 13, and 10, stayed here for 4 nights on our spring break trip to DC. The cottage was charming and filled with quality furnishings and plenty of extra touches. Kitchen came with some basic spices, oil, etc. which is always nice. Jim and Lisa offered a campfire, Mt. Vernon passes ( saved us $100!), and a couple of bikes. Didn't have enough time to enjoy it all! The yard and neighborhood were beautiful and nice to run through, plus the bike trail was only a couple blocks away...great place to run along the Potomac! Our kids loved the cottage too and wished for more down time to just hang out there. Highly recommend!"

  • Above the City with Convenience

"This property was above the city and conveniently located at a major metro bus stop so getting to and from Washington DC was easy. There was parking available, and the view of the city was really nice. The condo was clean and cozy, yet spacious with a balcony. The mirrors made the condo feel that much more open and spacious."

The cottage was nicely furnished. very comfortable and cheerful. The patio out back was a lovely bonus. Thank you Jack and thank you Nlya. We hope to return,"
