"My sister and I were looking for a weekend getaway from the city. This cabin was absolutely perfect. We loved that there was no wifi and spent our time outdoors in local activities or sitting on the cabin deck and looking for bears. The cabin has everything you might need including nice touches such as coffee filters and dish soap/sponge. We only needed to bring any food that we wanted to eat. The beds were super comfortable with ample pillows, nice sheets, and firm mattresses. The cabin itself is quite charming; the pictures didn't do it justice. Checking in and out was easy and well managed. Bonny was quick to respond to emails."

"My wife and I enjoyed a glorious 4 night, 5 day getaway at this beautiful property deep in the heart of Culpeper County with our daughter, son in law, and 2 young granddaughters. The weather was picture perfect and the accommodations spacious and comfortable. The girls loved every square inch of the property. Their favorite outdoor activities included swimming in the pool, boating and fishing in the lake, and bouncing on the trampoline. The farmhouse was full of board games so between outdoor adventures, we played games and played games and .....We also enjoyed time with the grandchildren of the property owners at the pool and playground. The owners are gracious and accommodating in every way. The farmhouse and farm were squeaky clean. We only left the farm one day, to tour the nearby bison farm and enjoy a delightful lunch at Thyme Restaurant in the City of Culpeper. Twelve thumbs up!"

"We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids (11 and 13 years) a total of 10 days at Richards Condo and enjoyed our vacation very much. Being close to the interstate 395 and Route 7 gave us the opportunity to reach everything (from the Great Falls or Mount Vernon to Downtown D.C.) in no time. There is a Safeway and a little shopping Mall few minutes drive away, but also a little store close by provides everything you need urgently. The spectacular view by day and night towards THE MALL in DC was a real treat. Parking place was very generously provided and we truly enjoyed the nice swimming pool in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to provide hot and cold meals and we made good use of that. It is a perfect place to stay and explore the metropolitain area and return whenever you feel to a place you can call "home away from home"."
