A very, very comfortable home and a great location!
"My family and I stayed in this home for almost a week during a visit to the Washington, D.C. area. The house was as advertised; clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The owners do a meticulous job of maintaining the property which is very much appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely convenient to all the area has to offer. I would highly recommend this property."

"Perfect for a weekend stay in Virginia. The house is spacious, well-furnished, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. Juanita was a considerate and attentive host. Would definitely recommend!"

"We had a delightful visit to Front Royal for a nearby wedding. "The Nest" was the perfect comfortable home away from home for the 2 of us (although the house has 3 BR), tucked into a tranquil forested hill. Lee is the consummate hostess, leaving us thorough information about the house/community, wine/snacks in the frig, and an open invitation to enjoy their lovely property. Very clean and well-furnished with all you need. Location is near north entry to Skyline Drive through Shenandoah National Park where we enjoyed hiking."

"Wow. The Play Garden in early spring: there never was such a sweet place, clad in the fragrance and soft beauty of mid-April in the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah Valley. It was cold when we arrived. No matter. We felt warm and loved. We watched as winter was shed a little more each day, and wild flowers bloomed and trees greened. There was much to do around the neighborhood, and we especially enjoyed several visits to Art at the Mill (Burwell-Morgan Mill in nearby Millwood). Old and new friends joined us during our ten-day stay, and they promptly fell in love with The Play Garden. Who can blame them? We will return."
