"Visited with friends Labor Day weekend 2015. Quarter mile from Little Devil Stairs and Keyser Run fire road, both of which can get you to a range of great, steep, and wild trails in eastern Shenandoah NP. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes, enough showers for the adults to clean up, and the hot tub is great. Will look to book here again!"

"Had such a lovely time in this beautifully-decorated and restored home. It was perfect for a girls weekend getaway! The owner greeted us personally, showed us around, and told us about the history of the home. She even put fresh flowers out for us to enjoy in the bedroom. The house is located in direct proximity to all the attractions in historic Sperryville, including the Stonewall Abbey yoga studio (most relaxing yoga class I have ever taken, and I don't usually like yoga), the Hopkins Ordinary Aleworks, Rudy's Pizza, Thornton River Grille, Copper Fox Distillery, Headmaster's Pub, etc. A ten-minute drive to the Thornton Gap Station entrance to the Shenandoah National Park, where we were dazzled by the leaves changing for fall. Great trip, would definitely go back!"

"My wife and our three daughters used the hunt box over the 4th of July weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday. The home and surrounding farm is lovely. The house is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Rick and Karen are very gracious and helpful host. Karen even researched local 4th activities before our arrival. The interior of the home is even better than the pictures. A short drive from Middleburg this is a perfect spot to stay while in the hunt country for any reason."

"Beautiful house just a five minute walk away from King Street with its shops and restaurants, bars and boutiques. A few steps away from a playground and dog park.
The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay, and should you need anything else, the owners are always available to help you out. We were met with welcoming touches that were a pleasant surprise. We're a family with three very young kids and a golden retriever and we were very happy with our choice. Thank y"
