"My family and I had a wonderful time here. The owner and property manager are very nice and very helpful! The location is perfect for visiting all areas of the Shenandoah Valley. We would totally want to stay here again the next time we visit the area."

"The property was accurately described; it was very comfortable and clean. Eric communicated promptly each time it was necessary - e-mail or phone call. Directions and lock box code were sent several weeks prior to arrival. If you go in the winter I recommend a 4x4 vehicle; driveways are very steep in the area! I would recommend this property to anyone with a large group - adults and kids.
This was our first visit to Massanutten and knew the area was expecting 8-12" of snow the day after our arrival; it snowed non-stop and we were unable to participate in any outdoor activities. The home provided a cozy and warm place to "hang out" - watched the snow fall and the deer roam the back and front of the house."

"Our two families (8) found plenty of room to spread out in this three-level townhome right on the Massanutten property. It is perfect for younger families, due to the steep driveway and two sets of stairs to navigate from the road to the top floor. There are two parking spaces in front of the door, but there are ample spaces available at the street level.
Rooms were comfortable with ample space on the lower level for teens to 'hang out'. The air hockey made great fun with our family tournaments. The queen pull-out was large enough to accommodate our 6' 3" teen and we had room to place a queen inflatable for our adult child.
The upstairs third floor has a spacious master queen with private bath; the second bedroom with comfortable queen has double-door closet. It would be helpful to have a small dresser or corner desk/table to put items on/in. Third bedroom has twin bunks with a small dresser and kid's desk.
The air unit was broken during our stay, but we lucked out with fantastic weather. It only became slightly uncomfortable during a thunderstorm when we needed to close up the windows. The good news is that a new unit is being installed and should be working before we leave (tomorrow). The owner was kind and apologetic for the issue.
The middle floor has the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with a small table. Plenty of glassware, plateware and cookware is available for family meals. Watch out for the ant neighbors; putting away food is important. The water had a strong sulfur smell until the hot water tank emptied, then it was fine for cooking and bathing. The refrigerator has a water filter spout for drinking water on demand. The deck is wonderful for coffee in the am.
The living room holds a table for 8 with a helpful lazy Susan. There is a loveseat, couch and large ottoman for seating. There is a smart TV with Amazon and Netflix access. The network key is located on the bottom of the modem for your wireless devices.
Most activities were within walking distance. If you walk to the left to the end of Killy Court, there is a dirt path to the Adventure Park, which links to the general store and lodge. There is an activity area across from the general store with go-carts, bungee, pool and mini golf. All require a small per person fee ($5.00). The chair lifts are a must-do for spectacular views, but wear good hiking boots/shoes.
We would like to return!"
