  • Heavenly!

"My husband and I have been to Sundance four times now and we are awestruck each visit! No matter what the season or weather (we have gone in December, January, July, and August) the cabin does not disappoint. You couldn't ask for a better sunset view, and although it's tucked away and feels extremely private, it's only a short drive to Luray and Shenandoah National Park. We typically spend a day hiking in the park then retreat to Sundance for some relaxation in the river, a grilled dinner, s'mores by the campfire, then unwind in the hot tub. We love this place! :)"

  • A Relaxing Getaway

"Our family all enjoyed our time at the farm house recently. The house is cheerfully updated and is very clean. The kitchen is bright, spacious and well supplied. The living room is cozy. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable. And it was great to have a washer and dryer in the basement! But our favorite part of our stay was the front and back porches. We enjoyed sitting on each of them at various times during the day. The views are amazing. The cows are very interesting to watch, with their mooing providing a pleasant accompaniment for the scenery. We enjoyed walking some in the fields and watching them from a distance. Barbara was a very accommodating and helpful hostess and was readily available in case of a special need. We were blessed to be able to spend a peaceful weekend here and would definitely recommend this property to others."

  • Quality Family Time

"The cabin is very well kept and extremely clean. It has absolutely everything you need, just bring clothes and food. The kitchen is stocked with many condiments, cooking spray and oil, and spices. Make sure you bring your own coffee, though. They have a great canoe, with seat backs, and several inner tubes. We had to pump up the tubes with our own air pump as they were fairly flat. The creek running in front is nice and a great way to cool down as it was sticky and humid our weekend there. It was wonderful to be able to take our dog. He enjoyed running around the property and getting in the creek. We read, played board games, tubed the creek, and thoughly enjoyed the screened-in porch. We visited Roaring Run Furnance and Paint Bank. It was a great place to spend a long weekend."
