"We stayed at Vista View Chalet for a girls' weekend and the cabin could not have met our needs better! We cooked several meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and were amazed by the lake view right outside the living room windows. It was great being so close to the fun activities in Leavenworth, but the cabin still felt woodsy and rustic. My favorite part of the cabin was the hammock - perfect for cooling off in the summer heat. I hope to stay at the Chalet again!"

"This place is beautiful. It is perfectly secluded in the mountains, but a quick drive to Cle Elum for anything we needed. The cabin itself is impressively built with gorgeous exposed wood and a massively high ceiling in the living room. I would recommend this for any vacation."

"Stayed here while on a trip with my mother and siblings (most of us 50+). Had extended family in the area over for dinner, and they were all impressed as well.
The property itself is beautiful, and was quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed the resident animals, the views, and the firepit (did not get an opportunity to make use of the hot tub, but it was ready to go on our arrival as well). Owner Tony was very friendly and met us on arrival and departure, also gave us some eggs from the chickens. There is a large grocery store within 5 miles or so (would be somewhat difficult to navigate to without a GPS though), and it's also a short and scenic drive up to Mission Ridge.
There is Wi-Fi and a TV in the basement (that we didn't make use of), also a few board games provided. For travelers with children, I'd probably say they'd need to be the type who enjoy camping/outdoors rather than relying wholly on electronic entertainment.
We really enjoyed our stay, it was so peaceful and relaxing for all of us. Didn't want to leave. Highly recommend if you are an animal/nature lover, looking for a nice getaway - off the beaten path, but not so far off it that it's a real effort to get back to it when/if you need to."
