The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
We had an excellent time, playing games, cooking large meals and just catching up. What a great place to be cozy and relax. It rained the entire time we were at the lodge, but we had such a great time regardless. We did take a trip into Roslyn, and explored the old cemetery, very neat! The house itself was very welcoming and cozy. Exactly what we needed. The photos on the website made it look like there was one extra bedroom, the kids room above the garage has bunk beds as well as a double, it would have been nice to know, but I don't blame the rental agency, just more descriptions of how many private rooms would be nice. There were plenty of beds. The other thing we were a bit surprised about was how close the lodge was to the neighbors, again, not a problem, but it felt less like a 'cabin' experience and more like a house stay. Overall the location was still beautiful!"

"We had an amazing experience with the owners of this property. Unfortunatly we arrived on the day that the devastating forest fires started (Aug.2015) We arrived after power was lost to the North Shore of Lake Chelan. The owners sent someone to the home within 12 hours to see if we were Ok and if we needed anything. When the fires worsened and it became obvious that we had to leave, they offered a full refund, no questions asked....with sincerest apologies. A difficult situation was handled with class. We look forward to returning to this home in the future."

"We had a great time during our trip. We brought our three small dogs, and they were happy and comfortable inside- though they didn't care for the cold temperatures outside. The place is comfortable and has excellent views of the mountains. The town is great, of course. We were thankful it wasn't snowing, as I'm not sure the car could have made it up the hill to experience those views."

"My family and friends stayed here over 4th of July weekend. The house has a great big yard and was perfect for my young daughter to run around. Lots of bees, but they didn't bother us once we got used to them. With the warm weather it was expected. The house stayed cool and the views and the moon at night were breathtakingly beautiful. Overall the house was clean and we had everything we needed. We really only had a couple problems that were minor but need to be fixed. The first one was the fridge would not stay cool. Several times we'd open the fridge to find our food and drinks getting too warm. The other complaint is the pull out bed. I wont go into detail but it was dirty, a bit gross, broken and not usable. My friend ended up sleeping on the floor with her young son as it was a better alternative. These two things were pretty minor as we loved our stay and found the property very nice and relaxing for our stay. We also loved our daily visit from the deer and wildlife. We love Lake Chelan and found this place to be a good house to spend a relaxing weekend. As a bonus we were able to watch the fireworks from the lawn on the 4th!"
