"We arrived among 50 mph winds and wildfires and couldn't stay for the week because of the smoke BUT WE WILL BE BACK. Jeff was wonderful to work with. The home has 3 King Size beds!! and our extended family of 10 were delighted with this home. It is steps from the water and everything we could have wanted.
Thanks, Jeff. And I'm sorry it was such a tough summer for Chelan home owners."

"We had to change our vacation plans late in the summer and were looking for a place to stay at/around Lake Chelan. We found this wonderful home randomly and couldn't have been more lucky. While we were originally a little concerned it wasn't on the lake itself we realized quickly how lucky we were that it wasn't. We had 8 people staying in the house including 5 adults and 3 kids. The house was large comfortably house 10-12 people so we had plenty of room. The downstairs was like a suite in and of itself with a full kitchen, couches, murphy bed, table, big screen TV and Foosball table. My oldest son, 23, 'lived' down there during our time at the house. We had Foosball tournaments and enjoyed the coolness of the room. The main kitchen came well stocked with dishes, spices, and other stuff we found really useful on our trip. The upstairs bathroom had a jetted tub which all my kids loved!
The view from the deck was amazing, especially at night. While not on the river itself the view of the river was awesome (better than homes lower down). We spend more than 1 night out there looking at the stars and the river. The community pool was used every day (twice a day!) and we played volleyball on the grass lawn behind it. While we don't mind swimming in lakes/rivers having the pool as our swimming place was much, much better for our kids.
Chelan is only 20min away so it was super easy to visit the town, hit Safeway/Wal-Mart for stuff and go out to dinner if we wanted (we only ate out 1 night!).
Even better than that house are the owners. We had a slight issue with Wasps on the first night and when we contacted the owners they immediately called us back and helped us handle the situation. After the first night...no more problems! We've always appreciated great 'customer service' and the owners of this house are as good as it gets.
We'd highly recommend staying in this house. It was perfect for our large single family and is a place we are most certainly going to look to come back to, maybe with a second family, in the future."

"We were booked in this cabin for Feb 15th and 16th. Unfortunately, Feb has been a very warm month and a few days before we were due to arrive, Snoqualmie shut down their lift and skiing operations. I had not checked the Snoqualmie website and hadn't know this but Brandi emailed me to let me know what had happened. She very graciously gave us the option to keep our cabin reservation or to be able to cancel and she would refund us our deposit. Outside of these unusual circumstances, her cancellation policy is already a very generous one.
Throughout the booking process, Brandi was exceptionally helpful and very easy to communicate with. She answered all of my email questions promptly and I feel that she has the highest personal standards of conduct and is a trustworthy person. I am very much looking forward to booking a future reservation to stay in her lovely cabin."

"I stayed here with my family of four and my mom and it was great. The location is absolutely stunning and the views from the house and the property are pretty difficult to beat. As for the house, it was very well maintained and had all of the necessities for a comfortable stay. They owner is really great to work with and was prompt in responding. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that 1. it is difficult to get to the house and it is mostly dirt roads that don't have great signage. Once we found it it was great, but the first time was tricky and I definitely wouldn't want to find it at night. 2. There wasn't WiFi, and as a millennial with children it was a bit difficult, especially since I needed to send some emails out. Thankfully the cell signal is strong there. 3. There aren't any shades on the windows with a view (which is all the rooms except one) and there's no real option to sleep in if you want to. The sun wakes you right up, although it is gorgeous to wake up to.
Outside of these minor details it's a wonderful place. We would definitely go back and we would recommend it any day."
