"My husband and I, along with my parents, 5-year-old son, and dog, thoroughly enjoyed our time at Balsamroot Ranch! The house is spacious and open, and the fireplace in the great room provides a cozy focal point. The large kitchen had everything we needed to cook a big family dinner. It snowed while we were there, and we spent hours lying by the fire, watching the flakes fall against the mountain backdrop -- we came back home feeling rested and rejuvenated."

"Our stay was awesome. The house was comfortable and clean and the games in the basement were great. The owners were very nice and accommodating particularly after we had a run in with a deer that totaled our car. The owners were very understanding and helpful."

"We had an amazing family reunion in Leavenworth, WA. This home was perfect for our family of 14. We had 8 adults and 7 kiddos (ages 5-17). The house is beautiful with hardwood floors, leather couches, huge picture windows and complete privacy! There was plenty of room for all. The kids all fit in the bunk room and had a ton of fun sleeping together. Each set of parents had their own room. The brand new air conditioning was wonderful since it was quite warm when we were there. The kitchen area is HUGE and the big dining table was great for us all to eat together. The Nason Creek that flows through the property was beautiful and a great place to swim and hang out together. We even had family portraits taken at the creek (thank you Jill Fineis Photography). Lake Wenatchee is only 2 miles away and it's a fun place to swim, rent canoes and paddleboards. We also went river rafting on Wenatchee River. We spent time at Steven's Pass hiking and mountain biking. This place is perfect for a large group who wants to sightsee or hang out and relax! The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this place again!"
