  • Beautiful home, highly recommend!

"This home is huge, clean and beautiful! It snowed our first night which provided great views of the scenery in the morning (not to mention the deer). The downstairs game room was the highlight and few homes could compare. The owners are very accommodating and we had a GREAT time!"

  • Relaxing family getaway!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful Thanksgiving family vacation here at Suncadia Trail. The house was perfectly set up for our family with two kids (8 and 5) and the kids loved the bunk beds. Another family with similar aged kids joined us for one night and it was the perfect size. The kitchen was well appointment and organized with everything we needed to cook breakfast and BBQ some dinners. We enjoyed the short walk to the trail and hiked around to explore the Suncadia property. The mining history and signs were interesting and the kids loved seeing all the trees and plants. The best part was the hot tub and making s'mores around the fire pit. Would highly recommend Suncadia Trail."

  • Wonderful Family Holiday House

"Our family spent a wonderful and relaxing Thanksgiving Holiday in this beautiful and spacious home. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed for preparing our feast, the media room was great watching football games, and the hot tub helped us all relax. The layout of the bedrooms gave everyone their own space and privacy and the outdoor spaces were lovely. The owners were responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this home and plan to stay there again ourselves."

  • Multi-generational Family Gathering

"Our vacation at this home was absolutely wonderful. Even though the snow had disappeared, the other activities such as bike riding, hiking, the hot tub, the indoor pool with water slides, gym and high quality restaurants on the property more than made up for the lack of winter activities. Though this was a vacation, all family members were fighting to cook in the beautiful kitchen and sleeping 8 hours daily was amazing! We hope to return during a winter holiday when skiing, sledding and ice skating will be available. I can highly recommend a vacation at Suncadia Resort and the comfort of this property! ENJOY!"
