  • Charming home with spectacular views!

"What a beautiful, welcoming, charming, well-appointed home! We gathered for weekend from California, Wisconsin, Alabama and Washington to honor family, past and present. Memories were shared and made, tears and laughter ensued, games celebrated, and marshmallows roasted. The house was perfect for this gathering! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and everyone enjoyed exploring the property inside and out. We heard delighted exclamations of "Hey, look at this!" from everyone with each new discovery. The owners have equipped this property so thoughtfully and comfortably--it was perfect."

  • EXCEEDS EXPECTATION

"Our stay at the trout lake farm house was amazing. We got lucky with the weather so we were able to enjoy the beautiful well cared for property. The view of Mt Adams from the property is one of beautiful we have ever seen. The house was comfortable well cared for and perfect for four family's. It really made for a perfect get away."

  • Perfect Stay

"We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in this cozy home in Bingen, Wa. Denise is very friendly, helpful, and hospitable. We highly recommend a stay here! The house has many great updates- very nice kitchen, bathroom, washer & dryer, satellite television, dvd player, and wifi. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to make a nice meal to be enjoyed in warm weather out on the deck. The yard has undergone a major renovation and it is beautiful. Again, the large deck is a peaceful place to enjoy the gorgeous views and drink a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Staying in Bingen/White Salmon (a quick 5 minute trip across the bridge) is a great alternative to downtown Hood River. There are many excellent restaurants- Henni’s and Everybody’s Brewing in White Salmon. Bingen has Taqueria El Rinconcito Express, Mugs Coffee, Dicky’s Farm Store, and several more restaurants. The Farm Store carries many local wines, produce, and freshly baked pies & donuts. The Feast Store in White Salmon also has a nice selection of local and organic products some of which we don’t have in Portland. If you have a chance visit AniChe Cellars, Syncline, and Domaine Pouillon Wineries. Dog Mountain is a great hike with an awesome summit view. The trains run often, in our opinion it adds to the charm and it’s easily tolerated. Our young kids loved it and would run to windows to catch a glimpse. We have great memories of our stay here and look forward to coming back again soon."

  • Great condo for the two of us!

"The description of this condo was very accurate on the website and from the owner herself. We didn't mind the stairs (we're both 60) and noise from the train and planes. The place is clean and organized and had everything you would want for a week or longer stay. I liked the fact that you knew where to put things back since the cupboards were labeled. The owner was great to work with and responded in a timely manner to our questions."
