"It was very spacious, excellently equipped, centrally located to Hamma Hamma Oyster Co, state park with hiking, etc. Did the hike to Little Lena lake for a total of about 6 miles and loved it. Unfortunately, no seafood could be eaten due to a toxin, but certainly not related to the cabin. The upstairs bedrooms were huge and both bath rooms were large. Beautiful beach, just a bit tricky to walk down to, but not an issue. Watch the outdoor stairways as they are not code, but not an issue. Everything from tablecloths, beach towels, outdoor furniture, etc provided. Very fun week-end. Great hosts too!"

"We had such a fun time at this beach house! The house was very clean and spacious for all 7 of us! Spent our mornings at the Skokomish river fishing for salmon and our afternoons on the deck enjoying the amazingly fresh oysters! We took the boat out for crabbing and spent some time on the deck enjoying the scenery! There was even a place for us to hang our waders and boots to dry! We have finally found the perfect beach house for our annual guys fishing getaway! Fishing in the morning, BBQ in the afternoon, poker at night, and best of all, no nagging from the girlfriends/wives = Best Weekend Ever!!! Definitely coming back again!"

"Met all criteria for a sister bonding/cleansing/unplugging weekend: seclusion, rustic lodging, electricity, no sound curfew, fire pit, surrounding forest, nearby waterfall/river, fresh air.
Comparative luxuries: flushing toilet (compost toilet during Winter), hot shower, heaters, microwave/toaster ovens. Fridge/freezers are small, enough for roughly 3 days of whole foods. I never knew if the tap water was filtered in any way, so we drank bottled. Huge movie selection (though we didn't use TV at all).
The only hiccup was that the owner mistook my arrival date for a day later, so the yurt wasn't cleaned before I arrived, and he arrived to clean while I was there. But it wasn't too bad to begin with, so I'd already taken care of it. It was nice to meet him, because I was very appreciative of his property."

"They say don't judge a book by it's cover and it is true with this home. I was a little nervous when I pulled up to the home, but all anxiety was gone when I got inside! This home is totally equipped with every comfort of home and had everything we needed for a comfortable 5-day stay. The furnishings were great and the Indian artwork was beautiful to look at and enjoy. I love to cook and it had a fully stocked kitchen with grest dishes, pans and glassware. The deck and waterfront was fantastic. There is a nice gas grill to used, which we did!! Only thing that would have made the stay perfect would have been if there were a canoe or kayaks for use. We will definitely stay here again for a nice little getaway only an hour and a half from home!"
