  • Exceeded expectations!!

"Overall this rental exceeded our expectations! Peggy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The house literally has everything. To start, the "yellow book" is loaded with maps and ideas of things to do around the lake. The kitchen has everything you could ever possibly need. The bathroom is stocked and ready for your use with towels, toilet paper, small travel size everythings and a night light! The washer and dryer are front loaders, clean and ready to use. The beds are comforable with nice clean bedding. Cable TV...A fire pit...roasting clubs AND what we were so grateful for, the LCMC pass (parking pass needed to park at all of the lake access and boat launch lots). You are only 5 minutes to Lake Kokenee boat launch and about 8 minutes to the Lake Cushman boat launch. That pass alone saved us $30 and the hassel of purchasing it. I have already recommeded this house to family and friends and we are hoping to return later this summer. This place really is a gem!!!"

  • Can't be beat!

"We had a fantastic time at Kimberly's Lake Cushman Place. This was our second stay, and we invited the whole family. We had 8 adults and 10 kids and had room for everyone. The porta-crib and highchair made bringing the baby easy, and the kids loved the bunk room and pool table, not to mention the creek. The weather was fantastic; the lake (and park) was beautiful and uncrowded; the hike up at staircase was ideal and close. It was pretty near perfect. Sadly there was a burn ban, so we didn't get to use the firepit, but there was enough else to do that we barely missed it. Kimberly has really done a fantastic job anticipating (and fulfilling) any need you might have while there and is great to work with . Thanks again for a fantastic stay. The only bad part was having to leave. We will definitely be back again!"

  • Wonderful, peaceful place.

"We stayed here for our 2-year anniversary. It was really just perfect. The cabin was very clean and tidy, well-stocked, had more than you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the area but just staying in the cabin while it rained outside and enjoying the fireplace and boardgames was just the relaxing weekend we needed! Thanks again to the owners for sharing their lovely cabin! We will definitely be back!"

  • Simply wonderful!

"Peggy is wonderful. Sent us everything we would need to know and bring a week before our reservation. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. I can see why this is the best cabin to rent on Lake Cushman. The house was clean and "user" friendly. Everything just seem to fit us perfectly. We are avid hikers and everything is so close. It was nice to come home to a warm cabin after a long hike on a rainy day. Even got to wash all our dirty clothes (not have to pack them home with us). The Olympics are right there, Mt. Rose, and Mt. Ellinor too. Great climbs! We will definitely be returning to rent the Moose Cabin. It was also pleasant to read the guest books and get a feel for everyone else's experience as well. Very reasonable rates too. Peggy, the proud owner (as I can see why) was very easy to work with. Did the majority of the transaction online and she was very patient with me."
