"We rented the main house and upstairs apartment for 4 days. The property is beautiful. I could sit on the deck and look at the lake for hours and hours. It is very secluded and exactly what we were looking for. Hot tub was a bonus. The house was well kept and well stocked for cooking. The direct tv was not working while we were there and I was so glad because we didn't have to listen to the tv ever! It was just the peaceful sounds of nature. There was wifi available if you had to stay in touch with the real world. The sun room is a beautiful place to sit and read and look out the huge windows at the lake. We did a lot of hiking while visiting the area and the house was central to most of the areas we wanted to get to around Lake Quinault and the coast. I recommend the Salmon House restaurant across the lake. Really delicious! All in all a wonderful house and I highly recommend it."Guest: Road Warrior Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 16, 2014View listing
"This home was ideal for our multi-generational get-away. The children spent hours fishing off the dock, and we so enjoyed paddling around the quiet lake in the kayaks. The setting is beautiful. From the large deck all you see is the lake, forests and mountains. Extremely peaceful. From our room we could hear the lake water lapping against the shore. Lots of seating, comfortable beds, sparkling clean home. Friendly helpful landlords. Loved it!"Guest: Roberta Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 16, 2014View listing

Quinault Travel: Style in the Wild
Mountains and rivers, parks and bays: they gather easily in Quinault, offering beauty that has no rival. But that will mean very little if you're forced to watch it through the confines of a hotel. Give your family rooms to call their own and all the luxuries of home. Then your vacation can truly begin.
Olympic Peninsula Lodging: Close to Perfection
From your rental, discover nature (in all its nearby glory). Let Lake Quinault Lodge lead you into the rain forest with one of its many tours; each a four hour event that will offer exotic plants and local creatures. Let the mineral waters of Sol Duc Hot Springs revive you. Greet the Pacific Ocean while visiting Kalaloch Beach; with its white sand and wild paths. Travel then along the Rain Forest Loop Road. This 30 mile trail will offer close views of elk trees, maples and more. And then, after long days of adventuring, unwind with informative exhibits: like the Olympic Coast Discovery Center or the Makah Cultural Center, both of which chart the heritage of Native Americans and their influences on Quinault. History will humble. It's not to be forgotten.
