  • Would give 4.5 if that was an option

"ONLY drawback to this property was the shower (low water pressure, noisy shower head). The place was immaculately clean, had everything we needed for the weekend, very quiet location. Hot tub was GREAT and the patio is fully enclosed for privacy. Wifi worked perfectly, didn't try the tv or dvd but assume they are same. Sofas could do with a little updating (you kinda disappear when you sit) but totally fine. :)"

  • Exceptional experience

"I have rented over a dozen homes through VRBO and count Crescent House as exceptional. As you open the front door, you will feel refreshed and relaxed due to the open nature and tasteful decor of the combined living , dining, and kitchen area. The view of Lake Crescent through the patio doorway directly off this open area is breathtaking. It is fabulous to spend time on the ample sized deck and just stare at the lake and mountains. Right now I am picturing this expansive and beautiful view in my mind. Wow! The inside of the home is more than comfortable and so well equiped! The kitchen is loaded with dishes, cooking utensils, bowls, etc. The BBQ is easy to use and the patio table is good sized for 6 to 8 people, has an umbrella which we needed! We enjoyed and outdoor fire in the firepit near the lake and what a pleasure to play with our dog across the beautiful lawm at the water's edge. We brought a canoe and enjoyed easy loading and unloading from the long pier. How nice it was to sit out on the pier's edge and watch the light on the lake and mountains change throughout the day. We are definitely going back to Crescent House. Take family and will have a spectacular experience."

  • Exceeded expectations!!

"Overall this rental exceeded our expectations! Peggy was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The house literally has everything. To start, the "yellow book" is loaded with maps and ideas of things to do around the lake. The kitchen has everything you could ever possibly need. The bathroom is stocked and ready for your use with towels, toilet paper, small travel size everythings and a night light! The washer and dryer are front loaders, clean and ready to use. The beds are comforable with nice clean bedding. Cable TV...A fire pit...roasting clubs AND what we were so grateful for, the LCMC pass (parking pass needed to park at all of the lake access and boat launch lots). You are only 5 minutes to Lake Kokenee boat launch and about 8 minutes to the Lake Cushman boat launch. That pass alone saved us $30 and the hassel of purchasing it. I have already recommeded this house to family and friends and we are hoping to return later this summer. This place really is a gem!!!"

  • Great house in a surprising place

"Who knew Ocean Shores had a canal? And that you can lazily float down it underneath a canopy of trees? The house is great, with an open living area that's great for kids. Friendly neighbors and just a quick drive to the beach. What a nice little gem."
