"We loved staying here. The view from the deck bedrooms, kitchen and dining rooms was amazing. Instead of going out to eat for dinner, we preferred to grill salmon and enjoy the view from the deck.......we watched cruise ships pass by. Then the deer came out each night to graze. Such a beautiful thing to watch. The house can comfortably sleep and accommodate 10 people, but we had 6 and that felt comfortable too. Not too large for us. My dad, who has some difficulty with stairs, had a little bit of a tough time but pushed through and was rewarded with the best view in the house from a private balcony. We would definitely stay here again."

"Everybody in my family enjoyed the stay here. My parents explored the yard and were excited to find cherries ripe to pick, my children spent quite long time to play on the swings. Me and my husband just loved to sit on the porch to have a drink while watching the sun set. It is just a lovely place to stay after a long day of driving and hiking."

"The apartment is perfectly appointed, with lovely and creative decor, such as the marble shower with a view of the harbor through a glass block window. There are lots of windows and skylights so the apartment is full of light. We stayed with our 30 year old son and his girlfriend and there was plenty of room for us, with both bedrooms plenty big. It was warm while we were in Port Angeles but the AC kept the apartment cool, and it got cool each night. We grilled two nights and it was so relaxing to eat in the front yard with its beautiful view of the harbor. There is a very nice natural grocery store at the bottom of the zig-zag walk and it had everything we needed for making meals. Amy and Brent were perfect hosts, providing everything needed. We stopped in Port Townsend for lunch on our return and were so glad we stayed in Port Angeles instead--Port Townsend not as close to Olympic Park hikes we wanted to do."

"I cannot even begin to describe to you how absolutely, positively wonderful this property is. The view at sunrise is just awesome. Sitting out on the dock watching the light change is just magical. The house is stocked with everything that you could possibly need (to include an ice cream scooper, critical for making sundaes). My brothers, even having no luck while fishing, had a grand time. If I could figure out how to stay indefinitely with Connie and Winston (maybe they could adopt me) I would. I didn't want to leave.
For runners; there is the Marymere Falls trail, Spruce Trail, and OAT not far from the house. They make for a beautiful morning trail run."
