  • Wonderful Vacation Getaway!

"This location was perfect. It had a breathtaking view of the mountains, it was nearby several terrific points of interest (including Olympic National Park's Hurricane Ridge), yet it was in a quiet and peaceful location. The cabin had all the amenities one could want with the rustic feel of an authentic cabin. It was clean, very open, and warm. It was perfect for our family of four (teenage kids). Suzann welcomed us with homemade cinnamon rolls and a personalized, hand-written note. Martin was also very handy and helpful. Suzann also personally mailed a left-behind item to us after the fact without us even asking. It was just what the doctor ordered for a family that needed a serene and enjoyable Spring vacation. We could not have asked for a better stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back!"

  • A family weekend getaway in the Olympics

"Our family of six traveled to the Olympic peninsula for a 3-day weekend and really enjoyed staying at Paul and Sarah's cabin. Everything about it was perfect. Very close to Port Angeles and access to the National Park and all the wilderness. The cabin was super clean and fully equipped. We cooked all of our meals here and didn't miss anything. The beds were comfortable and I loved waking up to the sounds of the birds. We made fires every night and even an outdoor one to roast marshmallows. Our children loved finding out there were toys in the cabin but also enjoyed playing outside. At one time one of the breakers went out in the kitchen, I contacted Paul and within an hour the property manager came to fix it without interrupting our morning. I would definitely return and I highly recommend it."

  • Loved this Cabin!!!

"My husband and I just returned from a beautiful vacation in WA state. Being avid travelers, we seek accommodations that are close to our "must see" spots along with feeling comfortable and like we are living our own little dream, away from reality. We found this cabin to have everything we needed and wanted. Tammy was super quick to respond and priced her rental fairly. The cabin was well-stocked with everything you need right down to IPhone chargers. The cabin sits on a beautiful green lake nestled next to the finest hemlock tree. A tree you'd want to hug, it's that grand. The hike down to the cabin added an adventurous appeal to it. It's convenient to Port Angeles and to the most beautiful destination, Hurricane Ridge in the ONP. We loved our stay at your cabin, Tammy! And we adored your beautiful state! Such a magnificent sight to see... The 300 foot sleeping Giants... The Douglas Firs, the Blue Spruce... A state filled with trees amongst the mountains ranges with a view of water around very corner. Ps: thanks for the warm welcome note! Very thoughful!"

  • The Best VRBO EVER...

"This house is absolutely amazing. We have traveled a great deal and typically use VRBOS for many reasons... Primarily the space and location, but The Love Nest exceeded our expectations. This house is decorated so tastefully; the kitchen is fantastic and has all of the necessities to prepare any meal you'd like (the quality of the cookware, dishes and appliances is unbelievable). The house is very clean; most comfortable beds you can imagine; softest p, biggest bath towels you can imagine. The location is on Place Road and is just breathtaking. You have a beautiful private garden, with a hot tub and a great little garden. The book and movie collection is very extensive. Unfortunately, we had so many things to do in the area that we did not get to relax and enjoy the property as we had hoped. I do hope we are able to visit again. Lyndee and Allen are gracious and accommodating. You will not regret booking this home. Enjoy yourself!! The Stouts from NC"
