"Conveniently located between Sequim and Port Angeles, above the roaring Straight of Juan De Fuca, and surrounded by playful deer, and peacocks, this lovely "Beehive" decorated home had all the amenities we needed for a fun-filled five days. It was an easy drive each day to see the sights of the Olympic National Park, and there was always a great choice of restaurants, on the way "home."
We watched all kinds of ships coming and going; we could see Canada across the Straight most days, and what fun to have only one rainy day our whole trip! Each morning, as we drank coffee and ate breakfast, several deer would play around the house. The neighbors were friendly, and the nights were so quiet!
One of our party even ventured down the trail steps to the beach. The rest of us enjoyed the view from above and several trails to the other viewpoints. I recommend the Humblebee Hive to couples and those over 55! We would come back in a heart beat!"

"Let me first say, the photos do not do this place justice. Not only are the lake and mountain views from this cabin spectacular, but the cabin itself is stunning. There is a photo book at the cabin showing the owners process in building the cabin. As someone who has a passion for cabins and has stayed in many all around the country -- this one was truly impressive. As two couples who like to spread out, there was plenty of room for all of us to find our own space. You could not ask for a more comfortable or scenic place to stay and only a few minutes drive to Port Angeles which has an excellent grocery store and some of the best restaurants I have found anywhere (seriously!). The icing on the cake were the two rocking chairs (my brother and I are addicted) so it truly felt like home away from home. We actually planned to do more site seeing while we were there but could not pull ourselves away from the cabin or the view on most days (we stayed one week). It was so relaxing ~ everything a vacation should be. Thank you Winston and Connie for providing such a lovely retreat."

"We spent 4 nights at Anthony's place, and it was all that we had hoped for. We were two families (4 young children all together), and we had a great time.
It's very well located for hiking at Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent is very close by and was super fun.
We used the BBQ almost everyday, and the kids were so happy to have a campfire too!
Can't say anything bad about it. Enjoy!"
