"We loved staying at Riquie's vrbo. It is spacious, clean and so peaceful! The house is perfect, no issues. I would highly recommend staying here. Make sure Riquie meets you to feed the horses. Beautiful, beautiful area!"

"This was our first visit to the Olympic Peninsula and we found so many aspects of it to be enchanting; not the least of which is the Hideaway Hut. The views from the kitchen and bedroom of the Straits of Jaun de Fuca are spectacular and better than the pictures on VRBO showed. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We cooked our evening meals there every night and found good markets in Sequim and Port Angeles (each about 15 min away). A great surprise was the trail to the almost private beach, accessed through a locked gate via a forest trail. The Hideaway Hut makes a great base for exploring all of the diverse ecosystems of the upper 1/2 of the National Park and a welcoming retreat after long and happy day hikes. At the cottage we were excited to see Black Tail Deer and Bald Eagles. We hope to return soon."

"We arrived about 4 PM was alittle dismayed that it was not the whole house but rather just the upstairs, need to let people know that, It was still plenty big, we took are clothes and food upstairs and then went out on the balcony to see beach, what a wonderful view, the home was clean and ready to go so we took a walk down the beach to see what it was like, it was quite and just what the doctor ordered you might say. The only thing that bother us was the sun coming into the front window making it hard to see the TV mini blinds would of been nice so you could of close them down to watch, I get your not there to watch TV but husband needed to see the news. Really nice little town nice restaurants, has a farmers market great bakery, even a Walmart, and a great little expresso stand on the way into town, our dog loved the water she has been ill and never seen the ocean, so walking on the beach was amazing. I would recommend this home to anyone who wants to just take alittle time away from the rush of the world and enjoy a home away from home. It was furnish with everything you need and I mean everything but the food. Clean and neat and very relaxing, the nights were beauitful and the mornings like waking up at home. Thanks SUN HOUSE for sharing your home with us. Would do it again."
