"This lovely house was perfect for our family. We completely felt at home with our 4 children (ages 9, 8, 4, and 18 months.) The bedrooms were cozy, the yard and patio inviting, and the kitchen was so well stocked and organized that I reorganized mine when we got home! The location was ideal for our day trips into Olympic National Park and it was so nice to come "home" each night. We can't overstate how much we enjoyed our week here. The owner was very pleasant and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this rental."

"This property is a charming cottage with many personal touches from the owners. It's pretty much a perfect balance of rustic cottage and modern amenities. My only problem is that our family didn't stay long enough to take advantage of all the property had to offer. We used the house as a base to explore the Olympic National Park so were only at the house in the evenings. The hot tub was great for relaxing and star-gazing after a day of hiking. The building is attached to the owner's house but is still very private and quiet. The beds were very comfortable as well."

"I stayed here with my wife and son. The place was fabulous - secluded, great upper deck for views, well maintained and excellent quality for a cabin overall. Paul and Sarah were super easy to deal with and very communicative. It's a convenient starting place for visiting the Olympics, equidistant to Port Angeles and Lake Crescent (20 mins?). Kitchen and pantry were well stocked with everything you need to make meals (you have to buy food, of course) and we made good use of the grill. Super quiet place, great star gazing too since there's nothing around you. The only slight bummer was that I couldn't get the CD player to work and there didn't seem to be cable or satellite and the tv was analog so I couldn't hook it up to Netflix via my laptop HDMI port. But hey, you're out in the country, so get outside and enjoy the wonderful fresh air! Would totally go again if I was visiting that area. Of the many rentals I've stayed at, this is near the top of the list."
