"We had full occupancy at this great little house! Right on the water for those who wanted to kick back and relax on the deck, but close enough to Port Townsend for those of us that wanted to head in to town to shop, or explore Fort Warden's beaches, and bunkers. The house is immaculately clean, fully stocked from coffee and creamer down to cotton swabs. Laura was easy to work with and made arriving and checking out a breeze! We will definitely return to this hidden gem!"

"My husband and I and our three furry kids traveled from Montana to visit the lovely hideaway. We had and absolutely spectacular time! The area is wonderful...quite, peaceful, and completely beautiful! The rainforest beauty is very different from our gorgeous Montana beauty....we fell in love with it! The hideaway is magnificent and incredibly comfortable. It was perfect! I highly recommend it! We loved the decks and the walkways down to the beach area! The hideaway was decorated beautifully (rustic, and very comfortable)! Martha is wonderful! We truly loved it! It was a long trip for us but we would love to do it again!

"The Guest Nest is a magical place set in the woods in Port Townsend. The owners have created wonderful paths on the wooded property for nature enjoyment, complete with hand made benches and even a place to picnic in the woods. We had a wonderful time, the house was beautiful, lots of natural light and tasteful décor. We would explore the waters during the day then return to the peaceful retreat of the Nest in the forest to experience all landscapes of the area. Our host and hostess were gracious, this is a place we would return to anytime we returned to the area."

We've been home less than 48 hours and we want to return.
It's truly another home away from home.
The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean.
The views are magnificent.
You are just a few steps from the beach and on a clear day you can see Mt. Rainier.
Eagles and Cranes abound and it's peaceful and quiet.
There are sometimes cruise ships way out on the horizon.
The decor is perfect for the location and it has a washer/dryer and lots of little extras such as spices and olive oil for cooking.
It was a good location for us since we needed to get to both Sequim and Seattle.
David (owner) went out of his way to call us the first night to be sure everything was okay. :)
It really is a beautiful home in a beautiful location.
Hope to get back soon!"
