"This is the second time we've stayed at the lodge and have very much enjoyed the location and the lodge. It's on the Sol Duc, close to other rivers, within 30 minutes of the coast, and a plethora of hiking/fishing/boating opportunities.
The lodge itself has most everything you need...pots, pans, knives, roasters, kettles and bowls. Bring what you might feel as essential, but the rest is there.
The management company and owner are extremely responsive and helpful. They want your stay to be first class, and they do their job.
We'll be back again."

"We loaded up 2 toddlers, my mom and her husband, my husband and myself for a weekend getaway for mom's birthday. It was a beautiful weekend so it only made the place more majestic. The description was exact as far as amenities and explanation of the physical site. Everything was in great order, and there was so much character. So many little things that - even as an 'over-packer' i was impressed with. The spice cabinet was fully loaded, i mean even karo syrup and odd spices! loved the window that opened to the deck for entertaining purposes. Access to the beach was great. Hot tub was very clean, washer and dryer were a surprise that i didnt even catch - always nice to go home with clean clothes! parking was a little tricky, but again very well explained, and a nice hand cart available for use from car to cottage. All in all an amazing place - thank you for sharing this place!"

"From the moment we stepped inside, this place felt like home. This was the most well-stocked rental we have ever stayed in. The owners have thought of everything you might need and left detailed instructions to keep everything running smoothly. The wood stove kept us warm and cozy on our December romantic getaway, although the baseboard provided plenty of heat. Who can resist a cozy fire in December? The private beach is filled with the most amazing tidal pools. There is a small waterfall just outside the kitchen window! We identified many ships using www.marinetraffic.com, and the wi-fi was terrific. There are many puzzles and games for rainy and cold days, but the books about the local area and history were captivating. The house is super clean, too. We plan on returning with the whole family! If you go, plan to drive to Neah Bay and hike out to Cape Flattery. You won't regret it! The By the Bay Cafe in Seiku has great food and service if you want a break from cooking."

"Just spent the weekend with my fiancee at the cabin over the weekend of 5/1/15. The location of this cabin is absolutely perfect. We spent our saturday afternoon just sitting out on the deck, geeking out on the amazing landscape and beautiful wildlife that surrounded us. After the sun went down, the fire pit was perfect for the evening. We will be coming back."
