"What a great place! Moclips is a quiet piece of beach heaven. The home has everything you could possibly need. BBQ GRILL jacuzzi two decks.... :) Our accommodations were located right on the beach. Literally walk out the back door of the lanai and you step out to long seagrass bordered trail that leads to the beach. Within about 15 minutes we were able to collect enough drift wood to build a small bonfire for the evening. My kids loved the entire experience of building a fire... Mind you the two girls are 3&5 so getting them to organize around anything is a miracle. The host provides plenty of beach toys and chairs too. We also took a drive (15min) north to Tahola where the mouth of the Moclips River dumps into the Pacific. AMAZING VIEWS! So much driftwood trees scatter along the beach... It was climbing heaven for my girls. For you anglers it is a great fishing spot to! Guys were yanking in perch left and right from the shore. If you want a little more towny things to do head south the same distance 15min to Seabrook and have a stroll through their small gift shop area. They have a nice public playground with a mini zip line and a dog park. Cool little souvenir shop where my kids were able to "make" their own take home gift. There is also a drivable beach access spot about 5min south of Seabrook. Beautiful red dune like cliffs and as much ocean as you can take. Being a kite or frisbee. Overall a fantastic weekend getaway. We can't wait to return. One recommendation would be to hit one of the big change grocery stores and stock up on eats when you are about an hour out because there is not much outside of a small mini mart here locally. Have fun!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Owners have provided everything you'll need including and most wonderful view. Very quiet, relaxing location but close to stores and tourist interests. We hope to return soon."

"We rented Beach Life for the overflow of sibling families visiting parents. Looked specifically for a beach property. Loved the location, view of the lighthouse toward ocean and mountains out the other. Quiet, and very comfortable. Immaculate. We had a range of ages from 4 to 55. The craftsmanship and all the accents were refreshing for a newer building. October was the perfect month for wood fires every night and beach walks in the mornings. The teens competed for building the fastest fire. All in all, can't think of any improvements except for a longer stay!"
