  • Such a wonderful peaceful place

"I searched online for beach houses in Washington and came across this little gem! My husband and I came here in May for a delayed honeymoon. This place was perfect! Jim and Patti have created a little home away from home for people to come and enjoy their own little piece of heaven. It has everything you need to be comfortable and cozy. We had a blast on the beach with our dog and there's even an outdoor shower with warm water to clean up when you get back so no worries of what the weather is like! I loved it so much I made plans to come back with my best friend and even though I had to study most of the trip, what a place to do it!! Break time consisted of a walk on the beach and then hitting the hot tub before bedtime. I really can't say enough nice things about this place. Jim and Patti are very friendly and kind and have made this place feel like I said before, a home away from home. If you want some peace and quiet, walks on the beach, relaxing hot tub, cute little gas wood stove, beautiful garden....this is the place. Don't think twice about it, just go experience it. Fabulous, just fabulous! My husband, pooch and I will be back!"

  • Great Family Rental!

"We rented this house for a family vacation in Port Townsend. There were five adults in total, including my parents (both of whom have disability/mobility issues). The house was perfectly accessible for aging adults, and neither of my parents had any issues getting around. My dad was even able to use the amazing soaking jetted tub in the master suite. Because of his disability, bath tubs are generally out of the question for him due to mobility problems. I know they enjoyed the large private suite, bathroom and views from the bedroom. The house has three bedrooms, and are all well appointed, clean and comfortable. We cooked dinner in the home both nights, and loved the fully equipped kitchen. The wireless and cable worked perfectly, and we enjoyed watching DVDs we brought via our own Netflix subscription. The views, OH, the views! I could go on and on about how beautiful and peaceful the waterfront views are from this property. It's very quiet, and located at the end of a street in a residential area. We saw a lot of wildlife, including several pods of dolphins in the water just out front of the house. The owner, George, and caretaker, Mike, were both wonderful to work with. We would rent this property again for sure! It's close enough to town for a quick drive, but you feel like you have your own secluded retreat on the water. Just perfect!"

  • Ocean visit with elderly parent

"My spouse and I could have enjoyed staying at Coastal Breeze just on our own. But this is the second time we have visited with my spouse's 94 -year old mother. Because of the home's accessibility features, she could get around just fine with her walker. Of course, the other big reasons that we are repeat visitors is that the place is well-organized, attractive, and comfortable--AND the high-bluff oceans views are amazing. Also doesn't hurt to have the very nice Ocean Crest Restaurant about a block away when we don't feel like cooking!"

  • Cozy and comfortable

"We took our 3 kids for a 5 day stay at this quaint cabin. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The beds are all comfortable. The lake is beautiful. It is a great chance to get away from city life and enjoy some peace and quiet. Loved our time away. Would definitely return to this cabin again."
