  • Great views!

"We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. Pacific beach is really nice with the privacy we were hoping for. We saw four bald eagles on the beach all at once which was amazing. It is a rustic cabin with beautiful views and just what we were looking for. The location is great, very secluded and private and you can't beat that ocean view! The trail isn't too bad but be careful of a lose step. Also be careful not to park under the big tree as it will leak sap as we learned the hard way! If you are looking for a private getaway with a great ocean view, this is your place!"

  • Wonderful Views!

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice house with amazing views of the beach and beautiful sunsets!! The Bloomer cleaning staff also does a superb job in prepping the house. Their homes are always super clean and well thought out for renters. If there was anything that could be improved that would be to add a filtration system for the water to remove the sulfur smell. We cant wait to go back next summer!"

  • Perfect Anniversary and Winter Break

"We have visited Seaview in the past but this was definitely one of our best stays ever. We celebrated a significant anniversary in the well appointed and comfortable space provided by the two houses - Hewitt and The Last Resort. In all, three happy dogs and their variously numbered humans had plenty of room to eat, play, read, walk the beach, play board games and sleep. The property has everything you could want for a multiple day stay at the beach. Easy access to restaurants, groceries, the beach. Visitor center right nearby for newcomers to the area. The houses are well designed and the kitchens were well stocked. Lots of showers! We had a fabulous time and we will return!"

  • Fantastic Weekend with a Large Group!

"Every year, the Girl Scout troop that I lead plans a big deal overnight trip to celebrate the end of the year and as a big reward for another successful cookie sale. Usually we go to Great Wolf Lodge, but we changed it up this year and booked a weekend at The Miramar House. Let's put it this way - one night at Great Wolf cost us roughly the same as a weekend at Miramar, so we were already doing better than usual! The house itself is amazing. Seriously. We came with four adults and 16 kids between the ages of 7 and 17, so we rented the main house plus one of the downstairs rooms that sleeps 12. It couldn't have been set up better and it's PERFECT for large groups. Everything you could possibly need is stocked in the house - towels, linens, extra tables, even bikes to take out. There are board and card games, DVDs and Blu-Rays, deck chairs to set out on the balcony and a firepit to sit around in the evening. The kitchen is so well stocked, you're never going to want to leave - all you need to do is bring your own food and you'll find every possible way to cook it. All of the girls want to come back next year - and I think we will be!"
