  • Perfect!

"Our family needed a quick last minute getaway for Spring Break. So glad we chose this house out of the MANY we viewed online! Perfect for families and so many things to do to keep kids busy and maintain sibling harmony. :) The loft was the perfect space for the teenagers & the house itself was just wonderful! Situated right on the beach with fantastic views of the water. We felt like we had the entire beach to ourselves, very peaceful & just the break we needed! Very conveniently located about half a mile from the town of Hoodsport, which had a great grocery store, gas station, and unique gift shops. Also located near one of the entrances to the Olympic National Park. About a 30 min drive to hike the Staircase Rapids Trail. You could feel the love that the family has for this house by all of the thoughtful touches everywhere. Jim was so nice and easy to work with and such great communication! I am a very picky person and this place exceeded all of my expectations! We will definitely be back soon. Thank you"

  • Oakbay Dream House

"This was our 4th time at this house and words cannot describe how beautiful and serene the house is! We brought our children and grand children for a relaxing week of enjoying the magnificent views. A bald eagle visited every morning. David and Kim have equipped this place with everything you would need during your stay and are very prompt in responding to your every need. We were very sad to leave it and can't wait to go again. We highly recommend Oakbay for the perfect vacation!"

  • Much Needed Getaway

"My best friends and I came here on the perfect Seattle summer weekend! Before I start, I would have to thank Bill for his great customer service. He was ALWAYS available to answer any questions we had prior to the trip. He provides good instructions on how to get to the cabin and the guidelines we should follow (no biggie). You're the best, Bill! The floor-to-ceiling glass wall/sliding door to the patio was so pleasant to wake up to. Imagine waking up to sun in your face and that magnificent view!!! I woke up just to watch the sunrise. On top of the view, the two kayaks that came with cabin was fun to use (single rider kayaks). What attracted me to this cabin was the oysters. I was SO satisfied with how much there was!!! I suggest everyone bring water shoes as the beach is rocky with oyster shells around. Would definitely come back here!"
