"Neighborhood was extremely quiet. And a walk down to the water quite invigorating. Even with the airport next door I think only 3 plans landed all week and the noise was hardly noticeable. Surprised there wasn't a teapot to be found but thankful and appreciative of the other stock items the house had on hand for us to use. Only draw back was it was a drive to go anywhere. Sequim proper is at least 15-20 minute drive away. Seems like the town should be Blyn not Sequim."Guest: Peaceful getaway Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: August 19, 2014View listing
"We rented this house for a family vacation in Port Townsend. There were five adults in total, including my parents (both of whom have disability/mobility issues). The house was perfectly accessible for aging adults, and neither of my parents had any issues getting around. My dad was even able to use the amazing soaking jetted tub in the master suite. Because of his disability, bath tubs are generally out of the question for him due to mobility problems. I know they enjoyed the large private suite, bathroom and views from the bedroom. The house has three bedrooms, and are all well appointed, clean and comfortable. We cooked dinner in the home both nights, and loved the fully equipped kitchen. The wireless and cable worked perfectly, and we enjoyed watching DVDs we brought via our own Netflix subscription. The views, OH, the views! I could go on and on about how beautiful and peaceful the waterfront views are from this property. It's very quiet, and located at the end of a street in a residential area. We saw a lot of wildlife, including several pods of dolphins in the water just out front of the house. The owner, George, and caretaker, Mike, were both wonderful to work with. We would rent this property again for sure! It's close enough to town for a quick drive, but you feel like you have your own secluded retreat on the water. Just perfect!"Guest: rentonlady Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 8, 2014View listing
"We had the BEST time! A home away from home, beautiful drive, great weather, well stocked waterfront home with hot tub. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you will be so happy you did. Fun for all ages."Guest: Kathy M. Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 13, 2014View listing
"We went to Heron Hollow for our annual girls' getaway. There were nine of us so we used the entire house. The setting is amazing and the weather was perfect! Everything was provided and we all loved the home, especially being able to sit out on the deck with a view of the ocean and listening to all the wonderful sounds. I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to have privacy but be just a short distance from all amenities. We will definitely consider returning on one of our next getaways!"Guest: Kathi Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 15, 2014View listing
