Pink sunrise over the lake one block from Madison Park's gourmet cafés
"Clean, comfy, cozy - a table for two for eating, a table for my computer and papers, oversized couch and oversized bed, an oversized chair in a corner facing the lake (peek-a-boo view), two closets and a fully-equipped kitchen, I dropped into R&R mode. No TV needed in that location - between two lakeside parks, around the corner from the Cactus (I recommend their chicken fajitas and flan) and Bing's, Burt's Red Apple to fill your refrigerator - and the amazing corner pharmacy if you forgot anything. Marc has decorated the apartment with wonderful art. Friends who visited especially loved the small carved wooden boat topped with glass - a super unique coffee table. Marc was attentive and responsive - patiently helped me while a practiced the keypad entry lock and showed me how to lock and unlock the new windows. Truthfully, when my last night arrived - my sixth, I wished I were staying longer. This location is so central - access to the U district, Capitol Hill, Seattle Center, downtown - areas both north and south - it's all easy. I give it 5 stars."

Perfect location for our visit to family in Seward Park
"We were very pleased to find this comfortable large home in south Seattle located just about a mile from the lake and close to Columbia city. We were two adults and several teenagers and everyone had their own space. We didn't do any serious cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped should we have chose to do so. The home is very modern, clean, spacious, and fortunately there were fans in every room because we were there during a very hot spell.Shasheena was a pleasure to work with and we would definitely stay there again."

"I stayed in this cozy studio for two months this summer (2015). It is small but had everything I needed for my stay. I prepared most of my meals in the small, but well appointed kitchenette. With a microwave, a toaster oven and a great single cooking gizmo for boiling water or frying eggs, the only thing I couldn't prepare would be a large turkey. I would have to make that in the new large gas barbecue grill provided on the large patio.
The bathroom was clean and comfortable with a large stall shower and plenty of storage for my "stuff". The queen bed was very comfortable. With wifi and a TV, I had all the entertainment I needed.
An addition to the cottage was constructed while I was there (with my blessing). This provides a separate space if two people are occupying the space.
The neighborhood is very quiet and well maintained. It is convenient to UW, restaurants, shopping and the bus to downtown. I had a car for my stay, but the bus is two short blocks away.
I am a spunky Senior and I recommend the location very highly. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Best of all was the clear view of Mt. Rainer from the patio."

"Not enough good things can be said about this property. Very clean, great location, tons of space, comfortable beds, and over the top service from the owner. Ron is a great host. Do yourself a favor and book this property, you won't be disappointed!"
