"This was a birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and he loved it. The property was pretty private and clean. It was nice that the cabin was right off of US 2 so we could drive further east to explore more. We had everything we needed and more. There's also a small selection of movies, music, and lots of board games. The views were great, and the hot tub topped everything off at the end of a long adventurous day."

"Maggie's cabin was just what the doctor ordered! The sound of the river and stars at night were incredible...so much so that I slept on the porch one night on a chaise lounge. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature. Did the Barclay Lake hike, which is very close to the cabin, fairly easy, very pretty and not very long (just under 4 1/2 miles rt). It meant a lot to us to be able to bring our elderly dog."

"We stayed at this awesome cabin on a hot weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was just our family of three so we pretty much just stayed downstairs but there were a total of three comfy rooms. We met the owners who were as nice as could be. The river right outside the cabin was the best part as we were able to take chairs down to the bank and put our feet in the water. They also have tubes available that we tied up to a brick and floated in the water while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Great place and we plan on returning!!"

"We just returned from a 2 night stay at Harmony Lodge, and my only regret is that we didn't book a longer stay. It was so easy to relax in this rustic and charming cabin (and amazing that we were able to have our pup, Nelli, with us too). We brought our cribbage board and played for hours in front of the grand fireplace, I gazed out over the roaring river while my husband played his guitar, we cooked delicious meals on the awesome Direct Action stove and enjoyed the view from the comfort of the well kept and clean hot tub on the deck. There was a break in the rain where we were able to get out for a couple of hours and explore some of the well marked hiking trails leading up the mountain right from the property, and down to the river just below the cabin. Rita is very helpful and accommodating and was a pleasure to meet. Harmony Lodge feels like a well loved family cabin, and we can't wait to book another stay; we definitely recommend this place!"
