  • 50th Anniversary

"We decided to have a "getaway" for our 50th wedding anniversary. Our privacy was important to us, and opulence was not important. This place is a truly charming cottage. It's basically 1 room plus a long storage closet and a bathroom. It was exactly as advertized and exactly what we wanted. It reminded us of when we were younger and used to rent a fishing cottages on northern Wisconsin lakes. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The owner, Julie, was staying at a home next to us, and we met outside a couple of times. We ensured her that the cottage was exactly what we wanted. She has put a lot of herself into the cottage; adding amenities and many details not listed in the listing. She's done a great job making the place perfect. The property was very well maintained and clean. The Pleasant Village is a five minute walk from the cottage. We went to a movie there, and ate there several times. The area was quaint and very interesting."

  • Beautiful Quiet Area with lots to see and do!

"We really enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful cozy cabin. It was so relaxing and we saw all kinds of deer, bunnies and even an eagle all from the kitchen table which had a wonderful view of Baby Island. We loved the big yard to run and play and took time to ride our bikes down to the private beach where our kids spent hours turning over rocks to find little baby crab and other exciting discoveries! We definitely hope to come back."

  • eagle perch

"Great view to the east over water and Camino Island. Mts. Bakers and Rainier were visible for several days. The south central location at Greenbank made for easy drives to several sandy beaches. The local beach is rocky and requires some athletic ability to traverse the ravine path. One neat feature was several families of quail feeding on the back lawn at evenings. Conveniences are relatively close. The house was well appointed and only required knife sharpening and a new can opener. We thought it was good value for the price."

  • Delightfull Retreat

"My Wife and I were delighted with our stay in Bellevue. The annexe had every little detail covered. Karin was the perfect landlady and has thoughtfully included everything you need for a wonderful stay. The view from the living room has excellent water views. The property is in a delightful area with easy access to Bellevue and Seattle. Many thanks Neville & Janette"
