"My husband and I spent 5 nights at this most perfect and gorgeous vacation rental while house hunting. We have probably stayed in a couple of dozen various rentals over the years and this one is one of the premier spots. Both Stella and Len were friendly, lovely and accommodating in every way. It's clear that they truly care that their guests are both comfortable and enjoying themselves. As far as amenities, there is nothing the hosts haven't considered in both furnishings and all those extras that you generally do not get in a rental. Stella has thought of everything and her sense of beauty and style is reflected everywhere in this exquisitely appointed apartment. I contracted a cold/flu while on vacation and Stella was kind enough to immediately deliver to me everything I needed, including Echinacea tea and fresh lemons to get me back on my feet. Between Stella's care and me spending the day in that amazingly cozy bed - I was back to health in no time. Thank you so very much!"

"This home is a true find. We spent a lot of time down by the water in the very comfortable chairs taking in the sunshine, the views and the trains. The beautifully landscaped yard is lovely, intersperced with the fresh scent of herbs and flowers. The view kitchen had everything we needed, including a functioning grill on the outside deck. The master bedroom is beyond comfortable with very high quality bedding and a walk in closet. The owners were very helpful, providing restaurant recommendations, and information in regard to the Saturday Farmers Market. We look forward to future visits."

"Perfect place for a small group! We four sisters had the best time at this lovely guest "cottage", nestled in the woods, in the midst of a horse farm. Beautifully decorated, spacious, with two lovely private suites, with private baths, and a comfortable "bunk bed" room, with a third, very spacious bath, was just what we needed to have a special getaway. The main gathering area is quite spacious, and although there isn't a full kitchen for cooking full meals, it is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, a dishwasher drawer (excellent!), and a single portable burner (we did not use). Very nice touches: milk and half and half along with plenty of coffee (k cup), OJ, oatmeal, and granola. The grounds are lovely, and the drive to town and other sites was very pleasant. Highly, highly recommend!"

"My wife and 2 year old son and I stayed for a week and loved it. It was so peaceful. The tides coming and going and back country roads with the windows were wonderful. They set up all the gates for our little guy and it made it really easy and he loved playing with all the trucks and pre-stocked toys. Big bonus for parents. We only ate out one night and cooked there most nights and they had everything needed down to a blender for the homemade salmon chowder we made. My only suggestion would be a humidifier. We ended buying one as the heat really can dry out the space. Freeland is a quick drive away. We felt secluded but close enough to Freeland and there's a great back road to Langley. The shopping centers have all that you need and there's a good playground down in Freeland. See you again soon."
