"Our granddaughter was in the national Girls Under Fourteen Soccer Tournament in Kirkland so we decided to rent this lake house for a week and invite our other grandchildren for a mini family reunion. We were six adults and six teenagers which is more than what the house says it will accommodate, but it worked. Two of the boys slept on air mattresses in the separate boat house.
And what a great time we had! The house had good wifi and a Sonos sound system - great assets when you have teenagers. But the lake was the main attraction and they spent most of their time in the water. The kayak was very popular but the canoe was a more of a challenge and created some very humorous moments. Two of the boys were fisherman and went out on the dock everyday and caught fish every time - it was catch and release.
They also managed to talk the neighbor into going tubing behind his ski boat. Next time I think I would splurge and rent a boat for the week. At invertsports.com I found a company that would put a ski boat in the lake for us - expensive and does require some advance planning.
But enough about the teenagers. The adults also thoroughly enjoyed the house with its decor, views of the lake, and relaxing patio. We did go sightseeing one day in Seattle, but after that we all agreed we just wanted to enjoy the lake house.
If our granddaughter's team gets invited back next year we will definitely rent this house again."

"An unassuming Camano Island rambler with stunning and almost endless views of water and mountains, and a charming bird garden complete with hummingbirds, among other species. Beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped, I can't think of a better place for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Very highly recommended."

"We just went to this wonderful beach home for the fourth year in a row. A group of Mom's that haave been getting together since our children went to pre school together 27+ years ago! This home now feels like our "home away from home" and we know where everything is and what to bring. It is spacious and comfortable. This year for the first time we cooked all our meals without going out to dinner. The owner is accommodating and considerate of anything a guest might need. We'll be back next year!!"

"I needed an extra house close by to host relatives for Thanksgiving. Jill was a pleasure to work with and she was quick to respond to all my questions, even a few extra needs. The house is AMAZING. Beautiful setting inside and out. The kitchen is top notch. The house is clean and organized. All the beds are comfortable. There's plenty of room for games in one area, quiet reading in another, and sports or movies on the TV. Jill and Chuck have great instructions and everything is easy to find. I would not hesitate to stay here!"
