"We are locals who stayed here while some construction was done at our home. This charming 1912 bungalow changed that annoying inconvenience into a wonderful vacation. The bungalow is perfectly situated to explore the best of our Northwest. Right by Puget Sound, it provides panoramic views of the water, ferries, ships and sunsets as well as quick walking access to the Edmonds Ferry dock (gateway to the Kitsap and Olympic peninsulas) and Brackett's Landing beach with its underwater scuba marine park. A block further brings you to the pleasant downtown Edmonds with its many excellent restaurants and shops. Exploring Seattle's sights only requires a half hour car ride or hopping on the train at the Edmonds Station. A few hours in any direction gets you someplace interesting--from the Olympic Mountains to the Cascades or Mt Rainier. All from this relaxing, beautiful spot!"

"10 of us adults from Seattle spent the weekend here for a 35th birthday and it was amazing! The house is a simple drive from the ferry. We arrived mid-Friday and left mid-Sunday. Spent the entire time walking on the beach at Useless Bay, sitting in the lovely lounge chairs in the front yard, cooking an epic meal on the grills outside, and even having an evening outdoor fire while watching the stars. A bald eagle even perched on the tree just across the road from the house! Langley is a quick drive away, where we dined Friday night, and enjoyed the new Kalakala Co. Mercantile beforehand. The house fit all of us well—lots of room, and the beds were very comfortable, plus we enjoyed the selection of movies, as well! Perfect getaway for a week or a weekend in any season. Highly recommended, super convenient & enjoyable, and the owners are just lovely."

"The suite is lovely, clean, and welcoming, with all the modern amenities needed for a very pleasant stay. It is located in a beautiful, tranquil setting with water view and close proximity to shopping. The owners are gracious hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The best part of staying at the suite was waking up each morning, after a quiet nights sleep, to the sights and sounds of eagles roosting in the nearby trees! You will truly enjoy your stay :)"
