"The home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the big deck off of the kitchen, the large yard, the horseshoe pit and the wildlife in the waterway out back. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Wonderful!"

"Staying at this beach cabin was the perfect respite for the two of us. We were both exhausted and ready for some peace and quiet. Other than a boat cruising by now and then, it was like being at the end of the earth. The beauty of the setting is breath taking. What I loved the most was when I rose early in the morning. The water was like a mirror, the sun was just peaking over the land across from us, and it was so very quiet. We were there for 3 days, and each morning I sat on the deck enjoying the beauty and the quiet. The cabin is located few minutes to the downtown area and the ferry. We mostly stayed at the cabin and read, hiked and enjoyed the setting. My two granddaughters live on the island and had a wonderful time looking under rocks on the beach for treasures and crabs! The house was clean and perfect.

"This was just an outstanding place for us to stay over our spring break . . . 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 11, 8, and 4) all fit comfortably. We used an air mattress that is provided with the house in addition to the two queen beds. The house is clean, well-furnished, and well-equipped. The view over the water and across to the Olympic mountains is absolutely stunning -- just a breathtaking spot. We took day trips into Seattle, riding the ferry, and also enjoyed walking in Poulsbo. We will certainly look for an opportunity to stay here again."

"My wife and two daughters had a wonderful long 4 day weekend. The spiral staircase was fun but took some getting used to. Well appointed with lots of pots and pans, spotlessly clean. Even the couch had been vacuumed. Great having the canoe's to use - no whales but a couple of curious seals. Downstairs a little musty smelling at first but aired out just fine, and all the outside lights were burned out. A nice treat to have the WiFi but didn't use it much. Nice collection of games and puzzles. Only wear and tear were the stairs to the beach. A few were in need of repair and for some maybe a waiting law suit :). Lots to still see on the island and hope to return for longer (and to go to Granny's Attic again)"
