"I hosted a northwest reunion for high school girlfriends here in late September. The house was beautiful - right on the Sound, with a gorgeous beach and views of the south sound. We loved the nautical theme, generous space, and the master suite. Climbing up the lighthouse was so fun! I'm not convinced we discovered everything in the whole house - there was always something around the corner.
Having lived on Vashon in the past, I was excited to show my friends from Colorado and Wisconsin the beauty of the Puget Sound. This house was great, and I hope we are all able to return again someday. I wish we could have stayed longer."

"We wanted a quiet, relaxing beach get-away for our 5th wedding anniversary and this was the place that came to mind because our previous stay a few years ago.
The house welcomed us and we instantly felt at home. We loved the well furnished kitchen, the cleanliness of the home and the Crows nest (Ka-Kaw!) to watch some beautiful October sunsets.
The location is great to take advantage of local visitor attractions: Camp Casey, a quick ferry ride over to Port Townsend, Historic downtown Coupeville, etc. and is a short walk to the cobblestone beach.
We feel blessed to have found this place and hope to someday visit in the summer when we can take advantage of the paddle boat on the lake.
Thank you for sharing it with us!"

"This was our families second time staying at The Milky Way Farm and we hope it is not our last. Once again, we were there as an extended family group. We love everything about being at the farm. The spacious, beautiful living quarters inside and out, the garden full of produce, picnic table in the apple tree grove to eat meals under. Too much to list. Very well equipped country kitchen with farm fresh eggs, milk, and bread upon your arrival. The authenticity of this farm is matched by the owners. You'll wish you could move next door and never leave this special place and people."
